69th INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL AND ART EXHIBITION
AND AT THE MISS UNIVERSE AND MISS ITALY COMPETITIONS
Chateau d’Ax, a unique experience like a movie seen in Venice.
The International Film Festival and Art Exhibition is held yearly in Venice, Italy, at the Historical Palazzo del Cinema, on the Marconi Promenade.
It is the oldest Film Festival in the world (the first was in 1932). 2012 marks the 69th Edition and the Film Festival is part of the spacious setting of the
Biennale, a cultural event including the International Contemporary Art Exhibition. Chateau d’Ax has been selected to furnish the lounges to enhance
the gatherings, meeting points and the spaces that enable personal relationships and exchange of views about the artistic works seen. The project
of these community environments and meeting points is emphasized by the custom design of the furnishings. For this event Chateau d’Ax has
supplied the seating system Silhouette, ergonomic and highly modular; the furnishing of the Restaurant with the distinctive tables designed by
Cini Boeri, and all the furniture accessories to create a unique and unmistakable Chateau d’Ax ambience.
During the month of August as well, Chateau d’Ax takes part in Miss Universe with thematic set up for the Italian Finale that will be held on August
31st in Rome at the Grand Theatre in the Rainbow Magicland Park. And in September, another important event for Chateau d’Ax: Miss Italia in
Montecatini Terme. This confirms that Chateau d’Ax is the official sponsor of good living.

Through its Residential Division, Chateau d’Ax is making important achievements all over the world, producing custom design furniture for private
homes, hotels, restaurants, residences and office buildings. Its specific structure of architects and technicians is able to cooperate with designers and
building companies to develop and implement interior furnishings. This can be achieved by using current products (eventually modified according to
customer needs) or by special projects (based on customer design) and supplying all the necessary assistance including “turn in key” option.
