Step 1– Clean

Step 2 – Measure

Measure the width of the two centrals
and divide by 2

of the teeth and plan

Step 3 – Take the shade

Always take the shade against a moist tooth
that has been properly cleaned.

easy and predictable
Step 4 – Etch

Protect adjacent teeth

Leave etch for 30-40 seconds
3
Rinse thoroughly
Step 5 – Bonding Adhesive

If you are on Enamel:
- Unfilled Resin

If you are also on Dentin:
- Enamel/Dental Primer
(Cosmedent Complete Unfilled Resin)

Polymerize for 20 seconds.

Step 6 – Renamel Microfill

Roll Renamel Microfill
into a convenience form

Place microfill on the
labial surface with 8A
placement instrument

Sculpt the material and
CONVENIENCE FORM
Roll composite using your
finger tips or on
Cosmedent’s ResinKeeper
light cure for 20 seconds.

Add Renamel Microfill or Renamel Nano
into the lingual void and polymerize the
entire restoration for 60 seconds.
Step 7– Measure
1
Make sure the tooth you restored is half of
the total distance measured on step 2.
Step 8 – Finish and Polish
1
On the facial surface, start with the ET 9 Bur

Go through Cosmedent’s
Mini Flexidisc System:
- Corse (sand)
- Medium (blue)
- Fine (yellow)
- SuperFine (pink)
Apply pressure and flex the disc (7000-1500RPM)

Polish the interproximal surface:
- FlexiDiamond Strip
- Fine/SuperFine FlexiStrip
Step 9 – Adjacent Tooth
1
Follow Steps 4 to 8 for the adjacent tooth
Step 10 – Torquing
1
Place Cosmedent’s 8A Instrument between
the teeth and roll your fingers to cause
separation.
Step 11 – Refine the margins
1
Start with the 8392-016 bur (Brasseler)
Step 12 – Enamelize
1
To enhance the final
polish of the restoration
apply a small amount of
Enamelize polishing paste
directly on the teeth and polish using
Cosmedent’s FlexiBuff
