With very favorable financial and real estate markets, 2006 was a year of circulating value at CWS. We refinanced eight properties and sold six resulting in the exchange of over $10.5 million of equity into two new assets and the distribution of nearly CWS Capital Partners LLC has evolved from a company that was founded in 1969.
