Course Objective
The aim of the course is to mention planning the thrapeutic programme, how to use soft tissue maniplative
techniques and distinguish physiological, reflex actions.

1.1 Differantilal exercise type and positions
1.2 Describe streching and strengthening exercises for columna vertebralis
1.3 Define strengthening exercises for abdominal and back region
2. Describe upper and lower extremity exercises in scoliosis
2.1 Define principles of 3 dimensional thrapy and traction metods in scoliosis
2.2 Identify upper extremity and shoulder alignment and Codman Exercises
2.3 Define lower extremity alignment exercises and Burger Allen exercises
3. Describe therapeutic massage
3.1 Distinguish, reflex, mechanical, physiological and clinical effects of classical massage technique
3.2 Identify pathology and contraindications of massage
3.3 Define fundementals of physiological and reflex effects of connective tissue massage technique.
3.4 Describe indications and contraindications of connective tissue massage
