Master’s and Doctoral studies conducted in both full
time and part time systems in various areas of science and technology.
The academic offer comprises 37 fields of undergraduate studies and 27 fields of graduate
studies, including 3 interdepartmental courses and 2 inter-academic courses currently offered.
GUT provides also 2 fields of undergraduate and 12 fields of graduate studies with English as a

Massachusetts Institute of Technology in collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology
in Sweden, providing proindustrial oriented education for engineers on basis of “Conceive,
Design, Implement and Operate” concept.
The university carries out an important project, whose goal is to create modern technical
infrastructure for the implementation of the educational program of Engineer of the Future at
Gdańsk University of Technology. The project includes not only the modernization of didactic
infrastructure and construction of laboratories, but first of all the implementation of a new
model of education-oriented development of engineering skills: planning, design, construction,
and inference based on performed experiments.
