A BRIEF PRESENTATION
Founded in 1968, Unibail-Rodamco SE is Europe’s
leading listed commercial property company, with
a presence in 12 EU countries, and a portfolio of
assets valued at € 39.3 billion on June 30, 2016.
As an integrated investor, developer and operator,
the Group aims to cover the whole of the real estate
value creation chain. Supported by the experise
of 1 500 employees, Unibail-Rodamco specializes in
market segments such as large shopping centres
in major European capital cities, prime offices and
convention and exhibition centres in Paris region.
The Central Europe head office, situated in Prague,
has 48 employees. Besides Centrum Chodov, the
portfolio also includes Centrum Ćerný Most and
Arkády Pankrác (both in Prague) and 4 shopping
centres in Warsaw, Poland: Arkadia, Galeria Mokotów,
Galeria Wileńska and Złote Tarasy.

On June 30, 2016, the development pipeline covered
1.6 million m2 with a total investment cost of
