Celebrate the Grand Opening of Monterey Villa, a new affordable housing community for
residents with developmental disabilities in San Jose and the construction of its neighboring
property, family affordable housing community, Ford Road Plaza with a hard hat tour. Eden
Housing will thank all the funders and partners who made it possible; elevate awareness about
and increase support for affordable housing with our public officials, general public, and
surrounding community; and welcome new residents to their new home. There will be a
speaking program, self-guided property tour of Monterey Villa, and hard hat tour of Ford Road
Plaza, resident appreciation, and lunch. Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren should be in attendance,
