EAU-DE-VIE COCKTAIL RECIPES 1 THE V.I.P. INGREDIENTS 1 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie 2 oz. Pineapple Juice DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients in an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice. 2 BRIAR PATCH BY MIXOLOGIST KYLE FORD INGREDIENTS 1 ½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Lemon Juice ½ oz. Simple Syrup ¾ oz. Crème de Mure (blackberry) DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and pour into ice filled glass. Garnish with a blackberry. 3 V BEAUTÉ BY MIXOLOGIST MAX SOLANO INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice ½ oz. Elderflower Syrup or Liqueur 3 oz. Brut Champagne DIRECTIONS Combine the first three ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Top off with Champagne. Fresh Lemon Juice, Strained ½ oz. Monin Vanilla Syrup DIRECTIONS Shake ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass. Simple Syrup DIRECTIONS Muddle lime and cucumber. Shake with ice, lime juice, simple syrup, and Rémy V. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass. 8 V LEMON DROP INGREDIENTS 1½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice ¾ oz. Simple Syrup DIRECTIONS Dip cocktail glass rim in sugar. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain. Simple Syrup 1 Drop Rose Water 4 Seedless Red Grapes Sparkling Wine DIRECTIONS Muddle grapes in tall glass. Fill glass with ice and add all ingredients except for sparkling wine. Stir. Fever Tree ginger beer DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients in double old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with a red apple twist. 11 PARISIAN MULE BY MIXOLOGIST KYLE FORD INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy V eau-de-vie ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice 5 oz. Ginger Beer DIRECTIONS Add ingredients to a mule cup with ice. Stir briefly. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie 1½ oz. White Crème de Menthe DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. 14 V BELMONDO INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Cointreau ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients in mixing glass over ice and shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist. 15 BLANC MOVITO INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz. Simple Syrup 5 Green Grapes, halved 8 - 10 Mint Leaves Ginger Ale or Champagne DIRECTIONS Combine Rémy V, lime juice and syrup in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into ice filled glass. Add ginger ale or champagne, grapes and mint garnish. V CRANBERRY INGREDIENTS 1½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie 3oz. Cranberry Juice ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice DIRECTIONS Pour ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir well. Garnish with an lime wedge. 17 THE VICTOR INGREDIENTS 1¼ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie Ginger Ale Lime Dash of Nutmeg DIRECTIONS Pour ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Top with a dash of nutmeg. Garnish with a sprig of mint. 18 ENER-V INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice 1 oz. Coconut Water 1 tsp. Agave Nectar Tonic Water 1 Dash Bitters DIRECTIONS Combine V, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, agave nectar and coconut water in an icefilled shaker. Shake and strain. Piper-Heidsieck Brut NV DIRECTIONS Combine V, lemon juice and syrup in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Add Piper-Heidsieck Brut NV. Fresh Lime Juice ½ cup Fresh Strawberries 4-5 Mint Leaves Club Soda DIRECTIONS Cut strawberries in half and muddle with mint leaves and lime wedge. Add Rémy V, simple syrup, lime juice. Fresh Lime Juice DIRECTIONS Dip cocktail glass rim in salt. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz. Benedictine ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice ¼ oz. Simple Syrup 2 dashes Angostura Bitters DIRECTIONS Whip and strain into highball glass. Top with crushed ice and ¾ oz. soda. Garnish with a pineapple slice. 31 MINT CONDITION BY MIXOLOGIST LINDSAY NADER INGREDIENTS 1 ½ oz. Remy Martin V eau-de-vie 1 oz. Heavy Cream 1/2 oz. Tempus Fugit Cacao 1/4 oz. Tempus Fugit Crème de Menthe ¼ oz. Simple Syrup DIRECTIONS Blend with crushed ice. Garnish with shaved chocolate. 32
