1 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in an ice-filled
glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
¾ oz. Crème de Mure (blackberry)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled
shaker. Shake and pour into ice filled glass.
Garnish with a blackberry.

2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Elderflower Syrup or Liqueur
3 oz. Brut Champagne
DIRECTIONS
Combine the first three ingredients in an
ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into
champagne flute. Top off with Champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

DIRECTIONS
Pour Rémy V into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with lime. Enjoy.

½ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
5-6 Raspberries
DIRECTIONS
Muddle raspberries in double old
fashioned glass. Shake remaining
ingredients in ice filled shaker.
Strain and add to muddled
raspberries glass.
NOIR DE VIE

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Rémy V eau-de-vie
½ oz. Cointreau Noir
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice, Strained
½ oz. Monin Vanilla Syrup
DIRECTIONS
Shake ingredients in an ice filled
shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a long lemon twists.

½ Small Cucumber Sliced
2 Basil Leaves
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
DIRECTIONS
Muddle lime and cucumber. Shake
with ice, lime juice, simple syrup,
and Rémy V. Strain and serve in a
cocktail glass.

1½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
DIRECTIONS
Dip cocktail glass rim in sugar. Combine all
ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and
strain. Garnish with slice of lemon or a
lemon twist.

¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Drop Rose Water
4 Seedless Red Grapes
Sparkling Wine
DIRECTIONS
Muddle grapes in tall glass. Fill glass with
ice and add all ingredients except for
sparkling wine. Stir. Top with sparkling wine.

1 oz. Fresh apple cider
2 ½ oz. Fever Tree ginger beer
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in double old
fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir.
Garnish with a red apple twist.

Add ingredients to a mule cup with
ice. Stir briefly. Garnish with a lime

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
with ice. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

¾ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in mixing glass over ice
and shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
5 Green Grapes, halved
8 - 10 Mint Leaves
Ginger Ale or Champagne
DIRECTIONS
Combine Rémy V, lime juice and syrup in an
ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into ice
filled glass. Add ginger ale or champagne,
grapes and mint garnish.

INGREDIENTS
1½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie
3oz. Cranberry Juice
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS
Pour ingredients in a highball glass filled
with ice. Stir well. Garnish with an lime
wedge.

Lime
Dash of Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled highball
glass and stir. Top with a dash of nutmeg.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
1 oz. Coconut Water
1 tsp. Agave Nectar
Tonic Water
1 Dash Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Combine V, lemon juice, pomegranate juice,
agave nectar and coconut water in an icefilled shaker. Shake and strain. Add tonic
water and a dash of bitters. Serve over ice.
Garnish with lemon twist.

ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into
champagne flute. Add Piper-Heidsieck
Brut NV. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie
Lime Wedge
1 oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ cup Fresh Strawberries
4-5 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
DIRECTIONS
Cut strawberries in half and muddle with
mint leaves and lime wedge. Add Rémy V,
simple syrup, lime juice. Top with club
soda.

DIRECTIONS
Cut peaches into small pieces. Muddle
peaches and ginger. Combine ingredients in
an ice-filled shaker. Shake and fine-strain.

Whip and strain into highball glass.
Top with crushed ice and ¾ oz. soda.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Blend with crushed ice. Garnish with
shaved chocolate.
