Limited Edition Pin Auction
Run for an eight-week time frame, specially created pins were made available through an
eBayin. With 1,000+ e-bids in the first three days, 300 of the sought after pin numbers were sold,
most with numbers that meant something specific to the buyers such as: their date of birth,
year they began working for the company, Pulse server number, or record time from the

Three Towers Challenge

Sehmar established a JustGiving web page to solicit funding donations for a journey via
bicycle on July 7th through the16th, 2012. Taking them from the Blackpool Tower, to the
London Tower, and on to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the12-man
team rode 800 miles in 8 days. Clocking an average of 90 miles
per day, the courageous riders began intensive preparation
training in February with a coach and a physiotherapist. The
group accrued 50 sponsors for the trek
by Franchisee Ricky Kandola, and actually pedaled by novice cyclist Sehmar, who personally
raised nearly $4,000 (U.S.). The challenge
celebration on
Sunday, July 22nd, attended by 1,000 people featuring a family fun day BBQ. The
bike
was auctioned at the UK Rally with proceeds to be donated to Partners; all donations raised will
be presented to the

above 30%. Many Franchisees are tempted to blame the National Offer,
but after all the data is analyzed, this is hardly the cause.
Final Ideal Food Cost on the $5.99 offer, after add-ons and delivery fee, should
be about 30%... but what about your other orders? Conservatively, full price
orders comprise about 25% of orders and have a low 23-25% Ideal Food Cost.
The $5.99 offer averages about 25% of orders. So here’s my question to you…
If 25% of your orders are 24% Food Cost and 25% of your orders are 30% Food Cost,
how bad are YOUR OFFERS to have an average Ideal Food above 30% ?
