The Base is always the starting point for making an ice
cream. Over the years Cresco has matured on this concept
an experience that has enabled us to develop a complete
range of bases to satisfy every requirement.
Milk Bases and Universal Bases: to create a neutral gelato mix.
Fruit Bases: to create a refreshing and smooth fruit gelato
and sorbets by adding water, sugar and fruits.
Improvers: our Improvers are used to make the gelato
smoother and steadier, and preserve the quality features.
