VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTIONS
Chop’t has loads of choices for Vegetarian and Vegan eaters,
including all of our vegetables, beans, fruits and nuts choppings, as
well as our Tofu and Soy-Marinated Tofu. Vegan eaters should avoid
our meat and cheese choppings, Brownies, Sea Salt Caramels and
some other snack products (please see packaging in store). Some
of our dressings contain dairy, worcestershire sauce, honey or
mayonnaise. Please see our dressings chart for more information.

GLUTEN INTOLERANCE/CELIAC DISEASE
We have a wide variety of options for those cutting gluten from
their diets. All Chop’t salad dressings are gluten-free. All other
Chop’t products are gluten free, EXCEPT our Panko Fried Chicken,
Fried Onions, Homemade Croutons, Crispy Chinese Noodles, Pita
Chips, Soy-Marinated Tofu, Whole Wheat Flatbread, Whole Wheat
Cous Cous, Brownies and some other snack products (please see
