The uncomplicated design of the trusty TD27 engine and its more powerful brother, the QD32, makes them indispensable in the most demanding of fuel conditions. When it comes to power and performance, the second generation YD25 engine rises effortlessly to the challenge. YD25DDTi Intercooler Turbo Diesel Engine This common rail turbo diesel engine utilises the potent combination of turbo and intercooler to deliver an astonishing 98kW/131.4hp of power and 304Nm/30.7kg-m of torque. It’s eco-friendly too, designed to greatly reduce vibration, noise and carbon monoxide exhaust fumes, with increased fuel-efficiency, and even uses an oil filter cartridge which, should you ever need to change the oil yourself, can be completely incinerated, leaving nothing behind.
