Lanai Rooms are located in the main building close to the facilities of the resort and are 30 square meters
excluding the terrace or balcony.
The 38 square meter Beach Junior Suite Bungalows and Premium Beach Junior Suites are located along the
white sand beach gently sloping into the lagoon and under the shade of the coconut trees. They feature a
thatched roof gazebo and sundeck with lounge chairs for sunbathing. The only difference between the two
categories is the location on the beach.
The Garden Pool Junior Suite Bungalows are scattered in the resort’s magnificent tropical garden. Each of
these air-conditioned suites offers a total surface of 67 square meters with a large terrace boasting a private
pool and a thatched roof gazebo.
The Overwater Junior Suites and the Premium Junior Suites have the same square meters of space, ladders
with direct access to the lagoon and lagoon water depth around the bungalows of between 1 and 3 meters.
Only 4 of these 32 Overwater Bungalows are fully over the water, the rest have the front half and the terrace
over the water and direct access to the lagoon via the deck. Most of the Premium Overwaters are further out
into the lagoon and further away from the main resort complex.

The Teremoana Lania Suite is located close to the main resort complex but is very large at 60 square meters
and has two balconies.

The Garden Pool Bungalows have a private pool and a large sun deck and are decorated in a contemporary
Polynesian style featuring the most modern amenities. The bungalows are connecting units that can be
booked separately and have beach or garden views. Overall size: 37 square meters inside and a 38 square
meter outside living space. The Deluxe Garden Pool Bungalows have the same amenities/facilities but are
larger with outside living area of 50 square meters and are free standing with no other bungalows attached.
The Garden Pool Bungalows are located at the back of the resort while the Deluxe Garden Pool are located at
the front of the resort.
The Lagoon Bungalows are nestled between beach and lagoon but do not offer a panoramic lagoon view but
are located not too far from restaurants and public areas.
Decorated in a Polynesian style, these bungalows are featuring the same room facilities as other categories.
Total interior and exterior space is 62 square meters with a private ladder into the lagoon.
The Overwater Bungalows have a glass floor, private deck with a ladder into the lagoon.
Overall space is 62 square meters and the depth of the lagoon around the bungalows is 1 to 3 meters. The
Panoramic Overwater Bungalows have the same features as the Overwater Bungalows but offer the best
uninterrupted panoramic view on Moorea lagoon with direct access to the warm turquoise waters and from
the deck and are located further out on the pontoon while the Overwater Bungalows are located closest to the
shoreline.
The 2 Garden Pool Suites located in the center of the resort features a separate
double room and a large living room, private deck with gazebo and plunge pool.
Overall size is 159 square meters.

Moorea Lagoon Spa: 8:30am to 7:00pm Located beachside, the spa offers 4
cabins among them 2 designed for couple treatments and free access to the
hammam & sauna for resort's guests.

Garden View Rooms are located in the main building (1st and 2nd floor) and have a nice view on the luxurious
garden. There are connecting room options and each room has a terrace with an overall size of 44 square
meters. The Garden View Duplexes are in the same building and with same facilities and amenities except the
overall size is 59 square meters and can accommodate 4 guests.
Premium Garden Pool Bungalows with an overall size of 48 square meters are located in the gardens, each has
their own private pool and 2 bungalows are located side by side and can be interconnecting if required.
The Beach Bungalows are located next to the restaurant near the activities centre and sit on a white sand
beach just a few meters from the lagoon with an overall size of 44 square meters.

All Overwater Bungalows offer a similar interior design as all other units. These are equipped with a private
sundeck and a sitting area with direct access to the lagoon (about 1 meter deep). Each bungalow has a glass
bottom table and an overall size of 48 square meters. All the classic Overwater Bungalows face the beach and
the resort.
Premium Overwater bungalows are well appointed and have a panoramic view of the blue lagoon of Moorea.
These bungalows have a similar interior to the classic overwater units and also have a sundeck, sitting area
with direct access to the lagoon (water is about 1.8 meters deep) and a glass bottom table with an overall size
of 48 square meters. These Overwater Bungalows face the Moorea lagoon.

and the sister island of Tahiti. More spacious at 46 square meters, these bungalows feature an outdoor patio in

Built right over the lagoon, the Superior Overwater Bungalows feature a direct access to the pristine waters.
Large, bright and airy, these bungalows offer comfort and elegance in a modern setting. Each unit has a glass
floor panel and an Espresso coffee machine. Overall size is 42 square meters with 1.5 to 2.5 meters of water
under the bungalows.
Like the Superior Overwater bungalows, these units are built right over the lagoon, featuring a direct access to
the pristine waters. Almost twice the size of the Superior, they offer a larger and more upscale interior design.
Unique to these overwater categories, the outdoor patio in the bathroom gives a nice light to the overall. Each
unit has a glass floor panel and an espresso coffee machine.

beach. Delicate white curtains allow access to seven tranquil

Les Tipaniers is a pleasant 2* Polynesian style property,
with 22 comfortable bungalows located on the west side of
the island, 10 minutes by foot from the Haapiti shopping
center. The hotel features a nice white sand beach with
safe shallow water and offers a wide range of activities,
perfect for families.
