Thank you for considering Duntryleague for your corporate function. Built in 1876, Duntryleague is steeped in history and
tradition, offering a picturesque setting and a unique range of facilities and services to suit a wide range of requirements.
Combining the resort style attributes of our championship golf course, four of the very few clay tennis courts left in Australia
and the heritage listed Guest House, Duntryleague is the ultimate regional function and event facility.
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of service, with our professional staff available to ensure your function
runs smoothly and hassle free. Located right in the heart of Orange, Duntryleague offers a perfect location for any type of
function.
With the combination of the heritage listed mansion and golf club house, Duntryleague can cater for any type of function
ranging from 5 – 180 people. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, whether it be an awards presentation,
conference or seminar, Duntryleague will ensure we do everything we can to make your function a success.

The Colvin Room offers the perfect location for intimate private dining or small functions. Featuring towering French doors,

CEDAR/ALDERTON ROOMS
The Cedar and Alderton Rooms are joined by large timber folding doors enabling them to be used independently, or as one
large room with French doors opening onto a sandstone veranda. The original dining room of the residence; this richly
decorated space echoes with more than 130 years of history and is perfectly suited to seminars or private conferences.

BEVERAGES
Duntryleague is a fully licenced premise and stocks a wide range of local wines, imported beers and spirits.
Choose from a cash bar or dry till account for your guests.
Please note: Beverages and alcohol prices can vary due to changes with our wine partners, suppliers, availability and government CPI price increases. (CPI increases will occur twice yearly.)
Please note: NO beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or food are to be brought onto Duntryleague premises
under ANY circumstances.
CASH BAR
A cash bar enables your guests to purchase their own drinks for either your pre drinks, or the entire function duration. This
allows guests to choose what drinks they would like to consume.
DRY TILL
A Dry till allows you to spoil your guests with providing drinks for them for your function. You can choose wine and beer
options to put on your tab for your guests, with them paying for their own spirits, or you can choose to provide spirits for
your guests also.
You can designate a limit for the evening and the supervisor will inform you when you are reaching your limit. Once you
reach your limit you can choose for your guests to pay for their drinks for the rest of the evening, or you can choose to
increase and continue the bar tab.
Please nominate a liaison for the evening for the supervisor to contact to inform on the progress of the bar tab.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
All tentative bookings will be held for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of your enquiry. If the booking has not been
confirmed within this time frame, then the tentative booking will be automatically cancelled. To confirm the tentative
booking, the deposit must be paid in full with the terms and conditions completed and returned to the Functions Manager.
Duntryleague reserves the right to take a confirmed booking for the date in question if the person who made the tentative
booking is unable to be contacted for consultation within this time.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit (amount to be paid is in accordance with the schedule below) is required to confirm your booking
date, which will be deducted from the final invoice. Please speak with the Function’s Manager in regards to the deposit
amount which is required.

If your guests or presenters are travelling to attend your conference, why not offer them accommodation in our heritage

your guests to wonder up to bed after a long day.
The historic Duntryleague guesthouse is situated in the botanical gardens setting of Duntryleague’s prestigious 18 hole championship golf course. Built in 1876 for local businessman James Dalton, the building now offers 14 accommodation rooms, all
with ensuites. Accommodation in this 19th century mansion ranges from original master suites through to smaller guest
rooms, perfect for a solo traveller. Many of the rooms are multi-bedded and suit the needs of families and groups. All room
rates include continental breakfast, although a cooked breakfast is available for an additional charge. Duntryleague also
offers “Margaret Dalton Lodge”, a three bedroom self contained flat for couples, groups and families.
All accommodation bookings require a 50% deposit of the total amount of each room booked, to be paid immediately at the
time of reservation to secure the booking Duntryleague does not make tentative bookings and no rooms will be booked
without payment of the deposit.
You may change or cancel a reservation up until 2pm 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid penalty.
Please note that accommodation enquiring and bookings are to be made directly to the Guesthouse Receptionist, and not to
the Functions team, as they operate separately. If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with the functions team,
however, if you choose to book accommodation, they will refer you to the Guesthouse.
Accommodation is not included in any function packages.
