1.1 Short Synopsis
Alisa – Follow Your Heart
“Alisa” follows the joys and hardships of Alisa Lenz (27), who
returns to her hometown – and her adoptive family – to find
work. On the way, she runs into the dashing young Christian,
who steals her heart. While she’s pleasantly surprised to learn
that he’s a CEO at the firm she is to work for, she’s less delighted that he’s engaged to the ambitious lawyer Ellen. Alisa
embarks on a turbulent adventure of romance and heartache –
and on a quest to uncover the secret of her biological family.

1.2. Long Synopsis
Alisa – Follow Your Heart
At the age of 27 Alisa Lenz suddenly finds herself abandoned
and facing bankruptcy: her boyfriend has run off with another
woman, leaving her with huge debts – and consequently Alisa
has been forced to give up her small jewellery shop in Berlin.
For the time being she returns to the small town in the Harz
mountains, Schönroda, where she grew up with adoptive parents. In fact Alisa, who is a qualified precision optician, stands
a good chance of getting a job at Castellhoff Opticals, the family
business located there. When she arrives back in town Alisa is
pleasantly surprised to discover that Schönroda has its attractive side; she meets the handsome Christian (29), and together
they rescue a family of motherless ducklings from being run
over on the open country road.
But just a short time later Alisa is confronted with a less attractive side of Schönroda when she encounters an extremely
arrogant and offensive man... only to discover the following
day that he is none other than Oskar Castellhoff (44), human
resources manager at Castellhoff Opticals. She continues to
run into Christian at the most unexpected moments, but the
fact that he is also a Castellhoff – and assistant director of the
company – turns out to be less of a comfort than might be
expected.
This is because Christian has to defend himself against his
Uncle Oskar’s constant intrigues. What’s more, Christian is together with another woman, the lawyer Ellen Burg (29), who is
as attractive as she is ambitious. Alisa has no alternative but to
abandon any hope of getting the job of precision optician.

Since she urgently needs money to pay off her debts, and
in order to prove there is virtually no kind of job that she considers beneath her, she is forced to take a temporary position in
the warehouse at Castellhoff Opticals. But Alisa remains cheerful: she has vowed that she will not let things get her down –
never again!
With Christian’s encouragement she practices on an old grinding machine and discovers that she has a talent for cutting
glass into crystals and producing beautiful pieces of jewellery.
In fact, Alisa has inherited this talent from her late father. He
also left her the beautiful crystal pendant which she wears
around her neck constantly, as a good-luck charm. Alisa doesn’t
suspect for a moment that she is destined to discover in the
glittering facets of this rainbow crystal the mystery attached to
her family – and to find happiness and love with Christian…

Alisa Lenz
Alisa Lenz, 27, has to start from scratch again. Her ex-boyfriend
not only cheated on her with another woman, but also amassed
a mountain of debts in her name, which she now has to pay
back. But Alisa isn’t about to give up because of this. Alisa is
used to setbacks: she was only four years old when her mother
suddenly disappeared; three years later, her father died in a car
accident. Now she decides to go back to her adoptive family in
Schönroda, where she hopes to find work in her profession as
an optician at the “Castellhoff Optical Works.”
On her way to her new life, Alisa runs into Christian Castellhoff
by chance. Just one look in his blue eyes is enough to weaken
her resolve to give up on love. Alisa has inherited a passion for
artistically cut glass and crystal jewelry from her late father.
She ardently pursues her dream of learning this skill herself one
day. Her father taught her that one must answer for one’s dreams and convictions in order to be
able to lead a happy life. The only thing that she still has from her biological parents is a crystal
pendant of rainbow glass, which never ceases to fascinate her. Alisa has had her share of problems and strokes of fate, but giving up is out of the question. She pursues her goals with passion
and determination. And so she vows to find out the secret of the rainbow crystal – not suspecting that in the crystal’s sparkle lies a dark secret about her family...
Theresa Scholze
Theresa Scholze studied acting at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Music and Drama School in
Leipzig. She was awarded the Telestar for Best Actress for her breakout role as Anna Kolmaar in
the TV series “Der letzte Zeuge”. In addition to her theatrical engagements at the Schauspielhaus
Leipzig and the Hans-Otto-Theater in Potsdam, she has appeared in “Popp dich schlank”, “Fleisch”,
“2 Engel für Amor” and “Kreuzfahrt ins Glück”.

Christian Castellhoff
Christian Castellhoff is an attractive 29-year-old with a PhD in
business administration. The son of the owner of “Castellhoff
Optical Works”, he is regarded as the “crown prince” of the
dynasty. He spent the last two years in Canada for his work,
and has now been named by his father as a partner on an equal
footing with his uncle Oskar. Up to now, Christian, who was
groomed to take over the reins of the company, has always respected the family tradition. In Canada, however, he developed
a love for nature and has adopted ecologically sound views
which he now wants to incorporate into the company. This
plunges him into a dilemma between tradition and innovation,
as well as into a permanent conflict with his father and his
uncle. His years in Canada have also altered Christian’s plans for
his private life, which means greater tension with Ellen Burg,
his long-standing fiancée. Ellen has also evolved, but apparently
in another direction. Moreover, Christian is increasingly unsettled by his encounters with Alisa. But it will cost him a great
deal of time and effort before he can avow his love to Alisa and
show her that he means it.
Jan Hartmann
Jan Hartmann’s first acting appearance was in the musical
“Buddy Holly” in Hamburg. Television viewers will also recognize him from a number of productions including “Gute Zeiten,
schlechte Zeiten”, “St. Angela”, “Eine Liebe am Gardasee” and
“Rote Rosen”. Currently, he is involved in the filming of “Das
Traumschiff” and the ZDF Sunday film “Unsere Farm in Irland”.

Ellen Burg
The astute 29-year-old company lawyer of the “Castellhoff Optical Works” is calculating, committed, ambitious and self-confident. She knows exactly how to manipulate people to reach her
goals – and not only professionally. Her life is entirely focused
on social and professional success. When she first saw Christian
Castellhoff, she immediately knew that she wanted him. Due
to her long-standing relationship with Christian, she is also
friends with Liliana and Ludwig Castellhoff, and plays the role
of the perfect daughter-in-law. But Christian’s stay in Canada
also changed Ellen, who has become even more ambitious and
is fighting even harder for success and power. She has even
gone so far as to begin an affair with Oskar Castellhoff, which,
however, she ends upon Christian’s return. There are more and
more cracks in her relationship with Christian, and they are
about to provoke a terrible stroke of fate for Ellen.
Nadine Warmuth
Nadine Warmuth studied acting at the Fritz-Kirchhoff-Schule
“Der Kreis”. From 2004 to 2007 she was a member of the ensemble at the Grips Theater Berlin, where her roles included the
female lead in the musical “Linie 1”. TV audiences will recognize
Nadine from a number of productions including “Unschuldig”,
“In aller Freundschaft” and “Hinter Gittern”, where she played
the part of Antje Stenzel.

Oskar Castellhoff
Oskar Castellhoff, the younger brother of Ludwig Castellhoff,
is the CEO of the “Castellhoff Optical Works”. The 45-year-old
has an alert mind, a quick grasp of things and a fighting spirit,
but he has always been in the shadow of his elder brother. It is
thus not surprising that he tries to play himself into the forefront. He has carved out an important position for himself in
the company with his charm, wit and sometimes barely legal
methods. He sees his position endangered when Christian is
appointed CEO “pari passu” next to him. Oskar wants to turn
the “Castellhoff Optical Works” into a global player without regard for entrepreneurial or family traditions. In this respect, he
increasingly becomes an opponent of Christian and uses every
means he can to get Christian out of his way and cast himself
in a positive light for Ludwig. He considers his marriage with
the attractive model Dana not as an obligation to be monogamous, and has no compunctions about starting an affair with
Ellen Burg.
Andreas Hofer
Andreas Hofer was born in 1962 in Osnabrück. He trained as
an actor in Berlin, Rome and New York. His debut as an actor
came in 1986 with the film “Anita Berber – Tänze des Lasters”.
This was followed by roles in numerous television series including “Türkisch für Anfänger”, “Ein Fall für zwei”, “Alarm für
Cobra 11”, “Doppelter Einsatz” and “SOKO Leipzig”, as well as
television films such as “Die Blendung”, “Die Mandantin”, “Der
Kronzeuge” and “Tanz mit dem Teufel”. In the cinema Andreas
Hofer has been seen in a variety of productions including “Leo
und Ciaire” and “Baader”; his most recent work is “Deutschland
‘09”, directed by Wolfgang Becker.

Ludwig Castellhoff
Ludwig Castellhoff is the owner of the family company
“Castellhoff Optical Works.” As the firstborn, the 55-year-old
has pursued the path laid out for him by the family tradition,
and taken over the company from his father. His son Christian
stems from his first marriage. The early death of Christian’s
mother Catharina shattered Ludwig. When he then met Liliana
on a beach in Tenerife, it was a meeting of two lost souls, each
as hopeless and despairing as the other. They decided to join
their fates and give themselves support. Ludwig and Liliana
married and became the happy parents of Tamara, whom they
love more than anything in the world. Ludwig often has differences of opinion with Christian due to his plans to create a
more ecologically sound basis for the company. Oskar seems to
be completely on Ludwig’s side, but Ludwig does not suspect
what dark plans his brother is devising and what a bitter fate
life has in store for him...
Thomas Gumpert
He trained as an actor from 1972 to 1976 at the Hans Otto
Drama School in Leipzig. Theatrical work has taken him to
numerous theatres including the German National Theatre in
Weimar, the Schauspielhaus and Theater im Palast Berlin, the
Ernst-Deutsch-Theater Hamburg, the Theater Dortmund, the
Schaubühne Berlin and the Grand Opéra Bordeaux. TV audiences
will know him from films and series such as “Verbotene Liebe”,
“Die Wache”, “Die 8. Todsünde” and “Sex oder Liebe”.

Liliana Castellhoff
Liliana Castellhoff is Ludwig’s second wife and the mother of
their daughter Tamara. Liliana is a “woman without a past”
whose real past is known by no one except her husband Ludwig and Horst Spilker. The dynamic, 50-year-old woman suffers
from amnesia and cannot remember her life before she met
Ludwig on Tenerife 20 years ago. He helped her obtain a new
identity, after which they married and had Tamara. Her loss of
memory and inexplicable fears and nightmares have made her
a loving but overprotective mother to her daughter Tamara.
Liliana fulfills various representational duties at the “Castellhoff
Optical Works” and is closely involved in the charity foundation
for the fight against glaucoma in developing nations, which she
founded. As her past returns piece by piece, not only her own
life begins to lose its bearings...
Claudia Brosch
Claudia Brosch completed her theatrical training at the Max
Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna and then embarked upon a career
at the Vienna Burgtheater and the Volkstheater. To date she has
been seen on television in a number of productions including
“Für alle Fälle Stefanie”, “Adelheid und ihre Mörder”, “Forsthaus
Falkenau” and “SOKO Kitzbühel”.

Tamara Castellhoff
Tamara is intelligent and charismatic. Yet even though her family’s wealth has facilitated many things in her life, the 17-yearold student has managed to retain a critical stance towards the
world. Her father Ludwig taught her the secrets of astronomy
in her childhood, and she eagerly absorbed everything that
helps explain how the world functions. Ludwig has always
encouraged her yearning to learn more about natural sciences,
and she would like to work in the development department
of the “Castellhoff Optical Works” later on. In contrast to her
friend Caro Hundt, she doesn’t care about luxury, even if it is
part of her life. She would like to have more freedom, as she
finds it hard to put up with her mother’s smothering, overprotective affection. She knows that there is a secret in her
mother’s life, which is the reason for her exaggerated fears and
panic attacks. But when she wants to learn more about this
secret, Ludwig gets in her way.
Marie Worch
Marie Worch was born in Dresden in 1984. From 1997 to 2003,
alongside her theatrical engagements in the youth theatre
group at the Carrousel / Theater in Parkaue, Berlin, she also
appeared in the television productions “Hinter Gittern” and
“Für alle Fälle Stefanie”. In addition, she was to be seen in a
number of features including “Stumme Zeugen”, “Polizeiruf”,
“SOKO Wismar” and “Sophie – Braut wider Willen”. As well as
featuring in numerous short films, in 2007 she took the role
of Rosalind in the play “As You Like It” at the Bad Hersfelder
Festival, subsequently touring throughout Germany with the
Komödiantenbühne of Herbert Köfer.

Dana Castellhoff
Oskar Castellhoff’s attractive wife Dana is remarkable above
all for her beauty. The 35-year-old loves to go on long shopping trips and visits to the wellness area of the country club. In
short, she is more interested in fashion and lifestyle than in the
serious things of life. It is partly for this reason that the longlegged blonde is often underestimated in the Castellhoff family,
and her opinion is rarely asked for. As a model, Dana has been
the face of the advertising campaigns of the “Castellhoff Optical Works” for several years now, and her greatest success was
when her picture graced the cover of an international fashion
magazine. She has long been repressing her wish for children,
and is in great fear of aging, since she thinks her looks are the
only reason why anyone would want to love and desire her. It
is not until she falls in love with a man who shows Dana her
strengths and gives her the courage to love herself that she
succeeds in giving a new meaning to her life.
Julia Horvath
Julia Horvath was born in Salzburg and grew up in California.
From 1991 to 1993 she gained her musical and acting training
at the Studio Theater an der Wien, subsequently taking leading
roles in productions such as “Rocky Horror Show” and “Grease”.
In 1995 she spent two years in New York and Los Angeles on
a drama grant, and this was followed by a variety of TV and
theatrical engagements. In German-language theatres she featured from 1993 to 2007 at the Raimund Theater in Vienna, the
Freilichtspielen Schwäbisch Hall, and she was a regular member
of the cast at the Störtebeker Festival on Rügen. On television
she has been seen in a number of productions including “ Hallo
Robbie”, “Der Winzerkönig” and “Unser Charly”.

Paul Hartmann
Paul Hartmann is an attractive and ambitious physician whom
everyone likes and who charms just about every woman with
his naturalness and wit. Two years ago, Paul took over his
father’s practice and found fulfillment in his work. He has been
Christian Castellhoff’s best friend since his childhood days. Both
are half-orphans and had to cope early in life with the loss of
their mothers, which brought them closer together.
Their favorite spot has always been the west shore of Lake
Schönroda, where Paul still loves to go kayaking. When Paul
falls in love with Alisa, his friendship with Christian is put to a
difficult test. A dark spot in his professional biography grows
into a massive stumbling block for Paul.
Andi Slawinski
Andi Slawinski was born in Hannover in 1976. He took part in
a talent contest, ended up as a finalist and was discovered for
television. Shortly afterwards he was given his first leading role
in the daily soap “Verbotene Liebe”, and for the following two
years he embodied the figure of Heino Toppe. Afterwards he
appeared in a number of television series including “Verdammt
Verliebt”, “Berlin Berlin” and “Das Geheimnis meines Vaters”.

Gudrun Lenz
Gudrun is the wife of Karl Lenz and mother of Alisa, Jonas and
Lars. No one would ever guess that she is 46 years old. Gudrun
is a down-to-earth, matter-of-fact person who is temperamental,
optimistic and always in a good mood. She has turned her love
of cooking into her profession, and has been working as the
cook of the Castellhoff family since the family’s relocation to
Schönroda. Gudrun has never made any difference between her
son Lars and her adoptive children Alisa and Jonas. On the contrary, her relationship with Alisa is particularly close. And since
she loves her often turbulent family life, she finds it hard to let
Alisa go, even though she is anything but a “mother hen”.
Maike Bollow
After graduating from the School of Music and Theatre in
Hannover, her first theatrical engagement was at the Niedersächsisches Staatstheater Hannover. The roles she accepted here
included Desdemona in Shakespeare’s “Othello”. In Hamburg
she was also to be seen in “Der Freigeist” at the Ernst-DeutschTheater, among other productions. Alongside her theatrical
work she has had ongoing leading roles in the series “Freunde
für’s Leben” and “Herzschlag – Das Ärzteteam Nord”. Audiences
will also recognize her from productions such as “Inga Lindström” and “Notruf Hafenkante”.

Karl Lenz
Karl Lenz is Alisa’s adoptive father and a man of few words. The
50-year-old leaves the talking to his ebullient wife Gudrun. He
recently got a job in the manufacturing sector of the “Castellhoff Optical Works” and is much esteemed by his colleagues
for his reliability. His family also admires his level-headedness
and confident manner, both as husband and father. Karl’s family is the most important thing in his life, and his wife Gudrun
is his focal point, his “sun”. He supports his children as much
as possible and gives them the greatest possible space; yet he
always helps them back on the track when they need it, and
gives them a feeling of being well-grounded in life. Although
Alisa and Jonas are not his biological children, he loves them as
much as his own son Lars. As a part-time do-it-yourself buff, he
likes to repair old things and machines and make them work
again. Gudrun is not so thrilled about this, since he often makes
his repairs on the kitchen table.
Axel Buchholz
Axel Buchholz was born in 1965 in Luckenwalde. From 1986 to
1990 he studied acting at the Konrad Wolf School of Film and
Television in Potsdam. He has featured in theatrical engagements at the Hans-Otto-Theater in Potsdam, the Schauspiel
Bonn and the Eduard-von-Winterstein-Theater in AnnabergBuchholz. He is familiar to TV audiences from series such as
“SOKO Leipzig”, “Wolffs Revier” and “Rosa Roth”.

19
Jonas Lenz
23-year-old Jonas still enjoys the advantages of living with his
parents. Jonas has not yet found his way in life, and his main
goal is to have fun. Indeed, when asked about his professional
plans, the “fun factor” is always more important to him than a
long-term goal. Since he’s intelligent and creative, he’s never at
a loss for a witty remark when it comes to explaining why he
keeps changing jobs all the time and why his “foolproof plans”
never pan out. His sister Alisa suspects that his restlessness and
fear of responsibility are due to the early loss of his parents.
Jonas’ life changes suddenly when he falls in love with a considerably older woman.
Constantin Brandt
Constantin Brandt was born in Munich in 1988. He has played
piano and guitar since early childhood, and these days he also
writes and produces his own songs. During his days at high
school he acted in the theatre and took parts in “Creeps”,
“Die schwarze Komödie” and “Top Dogs”. His first experience
of standing in front of the camera was in 2008 with the film
“Machen wir’s auf Finnisch”. “Alisa – Follow Your Heart” is
Constantin Brandt’s first ongoing television role.

Lars Lenz
Lars Lenz is the biological son of Gudrun and Karl. The 19-yearold student knows that Alisa and Jonas are his adoptive siblings,
but he considers them as his “true” siblings since they were
part of the Lenz family before he was born and they all grew up
together with the same rights in a loving family atmosphere.
Football is his big passion, and he is the star of the “TuS Eintracht Schönroda,” where he spends every free minute training.
Lars falls in love with Tamara Castellhoff, who, however, does
not notice his attentions for a long time. And how should she?
Lars dares not tell Tamara of his affection. When Lars is diagnosed with a fatal illness, he and his family are in for a very
demanding time.
Alexander Granzow
Alexander Granzow was born in 1990 in Buchholz in der Nordheide. After leaving school, from 2006 to 2007 he attended one
of the first children’s acting schools in Germany. This was followed by a number of casting sessions, and shortly afterwards
his first TV role in the series “Rote Rosen”, which caused him
to change his initial career choice of car mechanic. In 2008 he
featured in the action series “112 – Sie retten dein Leben” and
the television series “Hallo Robbie”.

Bernhardt Hundt
Forty-year-old Bernhardt Hundt is Oskar Castellhoff’s right-hand
man and head of production at the “Castellhoff Optical Works”.
He trains the football club “TuS Eintracht Schönroda” in his
spare time. He has a loving, loyal wife, Conny, and a wonderful, albeit sometimes high-maintenance daughter, Caroline. But
instead of being satisfied with his respectable professional and
family status and of enjoying what he has achieved in life, Bernhardt Hundt feels betrayed by life and takes out his discontent
on his workers. And even though he loves his family very much,
he also makes his wife and daughter suffer. When he is beset by
professional setbacks and a dark family secret is revealed, the
seemingly unflappable Bernhardt Hundt threatens to fall apart.
Ulrich Drewes
Ulrich Drewes was born in Hamburg in 1966. He studied acting
from 1989 to 1993 at the Hamburg Acting School. He also attended the Hollywood Acting Workshop in Cologne, with M.K.
Lewis. Subsequently he appeared in a number of theatres including the Thalia Theater Hamburg, the Bad Hersfelder Festival
and the Staatstheater Paderborn. TV audiences will recognize
him from a number of films and series including “Hinter Gittern”, Die Rettungsflieger”, “Tatort” and “Wege zum Glück”.

Conny Hundt
The 40-year-old Conny Hundt is Bernhardt Hundt’s wife and
has been the executive secretary of the Castellhoff company for
many years now. She always stands by her husband Bernhardt,
which is not always easy on account of his choleric and often
tyrannical character. But she still sees in him the eager young
man who was willing to make all her dreams come true. She
loves her daughter Caroline more than anything, and often
finds herself in the difficult position of having to defend and
protect Caroline from her husband. The desire to hold her family together has led Conny to repress her own needs. Her fear
of an uncertain future and her underdeveloped self-esteem help
her support Bernhardt’s mood swings. Moreover, she is plagued
by her guilty conscience, and the fear that a well-kept secret

Caroline Hundt
Eighteen-year-old Caroline (“Caro”) is a typical teenager who
has all the mood swings and changes of mind of any late adolescent, but is basically not as badly turned-out as her father
thinks. Bernhardt Hundt wants her to have a better life some
day, and encourages her to graduate from secondary school
with good grades. But Caro is more interested in enjoying life,
and finds clothes, boys and music much more to her liking.
She knows that she’s attractive and is always using her appeal
to reach her goals in the most direct way. She is envious of
the privileged position of her childhood friend Tamara, especially since fulfilling life’s everyday demands are not her thing.
Against her father’s wish, she leaves school and dreams of
meeting an attractive and wealthy young man. Instead, she falls
in love with Lars Lenz who, in turn, only has eyes for her friend
Tamara.
Katharina Küpper
Katharina Küpper was born in 1985 in Kassel. She studied acting at the International School for Drama and Acting in Munich
from 2004 to 2007. Even while still studying here she appeared
in a variety of plays and short films. Her part in “Alisa – Follow
Your Heart” represents her first ongoing television role.

Mona Bertani and Emilia
Mona Bertani is fun-loving, temperamental, outgoing and
unmarried. The 40-year-old owner of the café “Mona Lisa”, in
which she serves fine Italian specialties, has a lively and open
spirit, which wins her the affection of one and all. She has a
good heart, and sometimes lets her Mediterranean temperament get the better of her when she feels she has to step in to
right a wrong. Her seven-year-old daughter Emilia, whom she
loves tenderly and treats like a little princess, is the fruit of her
relationship with Marco. Mona and Alisa become fast friends
from the very first moment they meet. Although Mona is always on the lookout for Mr. Right, it takes her a long time to
realize that he’s been right there all along, very close to her…
Sara Fonseca
Sara Fonseca comes from a German / Costa Rican background
and was born in Leipzig in 1978. From 1998 to 2002 she studied
drama, singing and dancing at the University of the Arts in
Berlin. This was followed by engagements at a variety of German theatres; for example, in Berlin she took the part of Sally
Bowles in “Cabaret” and also sang the role of Fantine in “Les
Miserables”. In addition, she played the leading role in musicals
including “Farne”, “Hair” und “The Beautiful Game”. The part of
Mona Bertani in “Alisa – Follow Your Heart” represents her first
ongoing television role.
Milena Arnold
Milena Arnold was born in Potsdam in 2000. Despite her youth,
she has already appeared in television series including “Im Namen des Gesetzes”, “Die Stein” and “Chewing the Fat”, alongside

Robert Brinkmann
Swiss-born Robert Brinkmann runs the only antique shop in
Schönroda. He loves order as much as the beautiful things
in life such as art, Italian opera and women. Unfortunately,
though he is 32 years old, he has still not found the right
woman. This is because the beautiful ones usually leave him
speechless: overcome by shyness, he is blocked and cannot talk.
He is secretly in love with Mona Bertani and is trying to figure
out the right strategy to express his feelings to her. His rather
eccentric manner leads to misunderstandings, however, and he
keeps upsetting Mona. It is not surprising that Mona has a hard
time appreciating Robert’s true qualities.
Philipp Langenegger
Philipp Langenegger was born in Urnäsch in the Appenzellerland in 1976. Before becoming an actor he successfully mastered
the profession of butcher. He then decided to train in the military police. Only after this did he turn to acting, and soon he
had his first engagements at a variety of theatres. These were
quickly followed by appearances in film and television including “Großstadtrevier”, “Zack”, “Ein Fall für zwei” and “Tatort”.
Philipp Langenegger also likes to appear as a comic and is a
keen yodeller.

Horst Spilker
“Horst Spilker” is not the real name of the 51-year-old. At the
age of 17 he fled from his stifling hometown in Austria and
went to France to join the Foreign Legion, where he assumed
the name Horst Spilker. When the love of his life died in a dramatic accident, Horst left the Foreign Legion and drifted around
the world. In a bar on Tenerife, he met a hopeless Ludwig
Castellhoff. After Horst helped him obtain a new identity for
his future wife Liliana, Ludwig offered him a job in Schönroda
as his chauffeur. Horst accepted and has now become one of
Ludwig’s main confidants.
Christian Fischer
Christian Fischer was born in Steiermark in 1958. While studying natural sciences in Vienna he discovered his love for acting,
and from 1978 to 1990 he attended the Professor Krauss Acting
School in Vienna. Since 1978 he has appeared in countless theatres in Vienna, Münster, Bonn, Luzern, Klagenfurt, Regensburg,
Munich, Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt. He has also toured
through a variety of countries including France, Italy, Spain and
Portugal. Television viewers will recognize him immediately
from series including “Die Wache”, “Praxis Bülowbogen” and
“Verliebt in Berlin”.
