The area, owned by the municipality, is characterized as a free area within the consolidated city.
The proximity to the sea and the proximity of infrastructures and prestigious buildings (construction of the Grand Hotel Salerno, of Irno road with the adjacent linear fountain) make this area a
unique opportunity for development and investment.
INTEGRATION WITH THE TERRITORY
The area is totally integrated with the urban fabric; it is situated on the final stretch of Lungo Irno
road and it is near the sea. For the excellent infrastructure connections, it has become a place of
interchange between the urban and suburban lines of public transport.
At present, in fact, it turns out to be a large flat area used partly as a public parking, partly as a
suburban bus terminus and, partly as a sporting public area.
The design of Lungo Irno road, at present being completed, involves the construction of an underpass of the railway tracks for the direct connection of thearea to the sea.

DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENT PLAN
The value of the base bid of the surface of building loft and their land lots is EUR
13,975,000.00:
• 30% of the total cost to the act of signing the preliminary contract of transfer expected within
10 days from communication of the award
• 70% in full of the total cost to the signing of the final act scheduled within 10 days from the
term of the PUA (Urban Implementation Plan).
City Urban Planning
The City Urban Planning is in force since 24/01/2007. The City of Salerno on the basis of its practical experience of the application of the provisions and requirements of the City Urban Planning, in
order to facilitate the implementation of the plan, has carried out a simplification of the Technical
Implementation of the PUC in 2009 and a partial variation approved in 2013.
STATUS OF IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The Urban Implementation Plan will be prepared by the implementing party.
Within the Partial Variation to the PUC approved on 21/01/2013 was drafted the Card Area PROG_3
with surface areas complemented where to locate the land lot.
Deviations are allowed for this field in the location of the integrated surface with any morphological changes of the same, it being understood that the amount of standard compensative surface
set by the variation in square meters 5,178 for public underground car parks, and 7,740 square meters for green spaces equipped as square and sport, remains unchanged. The City Council, during
the preparation of the PUA, will also evaluate hypotheses of different location and articulation of
the integrated surface.

Peculiarity of the area currently it consists of a large area substantially flat, which houses the disused plants of the old municipal incinerator, as well as other small service manufacts mostly used
by the ente to the infrastructural maintenances. the project involves the construction of 17,597
square meters of loft, 6,597 of which will be residential, and 11,000 square meters will have
productive/service destination for the construction of new buildings and related areas for tourist
accommodation facilities, also experiencing new hotel formulas towards the implementation of the
tourist vocation site and to act as a qualified support to the building of porto marina d’arechi.

The area is situated on the sea, not far from the eastern municipal boundary, served by the main
road that, covering the coast, connects the entire municipality. About a kilometer away is located
the new port of Marina d’ Arechi with its important sports facilities (Arechi Stadium, Sports Stadium) and new buildings for tourist accommodation.

Piazza della Concordia, and the related Piazza Mazzini are areas of great urban interest . Together,
the two areas, have the characteristic to be points of arrival and departure and, for this reason,
they do not express an idea of social center. To the station arrives a multitude of people, who has
in common only the means of transport, in fact as soon as the people reach the destination, each
individual goes in his direction: the railroad station may even disappear. The same happens for the
large parking areas: stopped the car, every man goes towards his own destination. These places are
indispensable but they contain all the anxiety of our times and give a sense of insecurity. Often
they are also the places where it is most frequent crime. These two areas break into two parts the
urban fabric dividing the city.
In this context the proposal of ANIEM Salerno enters in, which wants to tackle the issue of redevelopment of the two areas.
The idea aims to drawing up a project that integrates the two areas to reunite the urban disconnected fabric.
The urban void becomes an opportunity to re-establish new relationships and connections between the parts of the city.
The city experiences a kind of separation from one of its main elements: the sea. This project aims
to accompany the city to the sea, through a large green lung and through the squares that have in
themselves a system of relations that leads to work together the station, the judicial citadel, the
area Lungo Irno, Piazza della Concordia, Piazza della Libertà and the building Crescent.
The new park becomes a link between the natural existing elements: lungoirno and seafront,
keeping the roots of the area, that are the disused rails, turning them into a green path made of
essences, aromas and colors.
The green is transformed into pedestrian path that joins the railway area with the Irno valley.
The new square, over the the park and the station, becomes the permeable focus of area.
Same purpose for the new station square allowing people to be at ease with the wait. The functional distribution within the area is asked to refer to the existing context, the residential area is
related with pre-existing residences along Via Dalmazia and the commercial and tertiary area with
the area behind the main shopping town, the main road, and the nearby judicial citadel seeking
to promote the functional mix.
Extremely important is the rationalization of the public transport system with the creation of a
new bus terminal and the new system of access to the section, including a new underground road
system that will make entirely a pedestrian area Piazza della Concordia. While the railway area
should provide continuity along and across the city, Piazza della Concordia and the near Piazza
Mazzini must become the welcome from the sea, allowing the penetration into the city.
The Torre di Benvenuto becomes the lighthouse of Salerno and also its welcome by proposing a
5-star hotel with a panoramic restaurant and residences of high quality.
Fundamental, finally, is the new system of sustainable mobility, that brings into connection the
new urban polarities along the waterfront.
A Green mobility at the expense of solar energy which will promote the use of public transport
and of alternative means to the
detriment of the use of private
transport.
The entrepreneurial perspective
offers opportunities for economic
development in an area strategically located between the Amalfi
and Cilento Coast .
The economic indicators of the
city are growing and the real estate market is vibrant and attracts

Mount Cervati (1898 m.s.l.m.) is the highest mountain in Campania
and is located in the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano; it
belongs to the territory of the municipalities of Piaggine, Sanza and
Monte San Giacomo.
The goal is to achieve, in a breathtaking natural landscape, completely
virgin but now unfortunately little known, an infrastructure for winter
sports that is able to provide a tourist “modern and adequate” offer
both for nature and mountain lovers, developing, simultaneously, a
summer and a winter tourism. Such activities will be able to give new
breath to the local tourism and trigger a virtuous circle to the tourist
economy of the mountain area and of all the surrounding municipalities of the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano.
Great importance has the economic aspect as well as tourism too. Campania is, practically, devoid
of particularly significant ski facilities, therefore a similar development, in an area moreover easy
to get to and rich in other cultural and natural highlights, will be useful to prevent any leakage of
tourists towards further destinations. The construction of a plant in Campania (probably the first
of a certain importance) will involve not only the coming of visitors from other regions, but also
the stay of the same inhabitants of Campania and the Province within their territories.
The construction of such a plant is extremely important if we consider that the area under consideration lies in an area of great landscaping importance, a fact which makes the plant even more
interesting, as the challenge for the designers and builders is to carry out these works in the
utmost respect of nature and with the least environmental impact.
The choice of the location of the intervention area on the north-east slope was prompted by the
analysis of some actual advantages listed below:
- Easy connection to the provincial roads,
- Availability of a wide flat area,
- Ideal conditions of exposure, snow and morphologic;
- Favorable morphology (plateau, highland and peak) and geological-structural planning which
allow the realization of optimal paths with the possibility to give life to different tourist alternatives.
Having said that, it was assumed to perform three different functional areas:
- An area for snowshoe excursions in the plateau, located near the entry parking and the main
plant of lifts;
- An area for cross-country skiing, the ski school and the ski lifts in the area below the plateau
on which stands the refuge;
- An area for alpine skiing starting from the peak.
The identified integrated system consists of 6 plants and 11 downhill slopes.
It is also possible a better use of the potentialities of the plants through an alternative use of
the same.
Winter time:
An alternative use of the plants is linked to the practice of sledging. The most suitable track for
this kind of practice is certainly the one that develops to the side of the main ovovia which has
a regular and a not excessive slope. This area is easily accessible thanks to the proximity of the
valley station to the car park entrance and will be equipped with an efficient and economic sled
rental.
Summer time:
During the summer, the area can be used for different purposes.
The opening of the main plants might have the function of hikers transportation at high altitude,
helping to achieve destinations that, nowadays, due to the length and/or to the difference in
height of the routes, are not easily accessible for tourists.
The summer opening of the ovovia, instead, could be turned to the practice of mountain biking,
enabling the achievement of high altitude destinations with a controlled difference in height.

The project is located in the city of Sapri
Sapri is situated in the southernmost of Campania, a few miles from Basilicata, on the Tyrrhenian
Sea, on a small plain of the coast overlooking the Bay of Sapri, in the Gulf of Policastro which
closes to the south the Cilento coast, and is surrounded, in a semicircle, by the mountains of the
southern Apennines that stand behind it.
Today Sapri is a town predominantly with a tourist vocation and is very accomodating in the
summer. It can be proud of being, with good reason, one of the most famous and well-attended
tourist centers of Cilento coast and the whole Campania. By over a decade it holds the aspired
“FEE Blue Flag” and in the year 2007 won the third place in Campania (27 place in Italy) as rated
by Legambiente in the “Blue Guide” (getting a 4 Sails), after Pollica and Positano, as well as other
prestigious awards, such as reporting the 12th position among the best beach resorts in Italy, in
the special ranking by the magazine “Gente”.
The project includes a main jetty (walking and cycling) of 350 linear meters to be realized in wood
with attached a series of seasonal floating docks in order to connect the beach and the seafront
to the existing tourist port.
The spectacular scenic route on the water will have a pedestrian journey time of 15 minutes and
5 minutes by bike.
The approximately 200 berths fitted on the various floating docks will be offered on multi-year
concession to the operator who will make the investment for the connection between the seafront
and the harbor.
In addition, inside the port various structures, strategic areas for trade and rest stop have already
been completed for a total of 1000 square meters that will be entrusted in management to the
operator who will make the above mentioned connection.

The intervention of the realization of the “City School of Cava de‘
Tirreni”, included in the Triennial Program of Public Works 2012/2014
of the Province of Salerno, approved by the Provincial Committee Resolution n. 20 of 30.03.2012, aims to bring together the majority of
high schools in the town of Cava de’ Tirreni in a single school campus
equipped and easily accessible.
The project, which has been pre-approved by the Provincial Committee
Resolution n. 20 of 30.03.2012, aims to rationalize the structure of
the school system of provincial jurisdiction in the municipal territory,
by creating a real “campus” school with new locations and equipment
which can be used by multiple schools and accessible from outside and
out of school hours.
It is configured as a real “school network” to community service through an equipment of diversified spaces that become even place a daily
location of socialization meeting, hospitality and leisure.
The main feature of the campus is the desire to represent a new part of the city in which the public building with educational and cultural destination becomes, as well as means of aggregation,
a creator of spaces and a connecting element.
The new idea of “Campus School” aims to transform schools into places capable of providing
social services, sports and cultural activities beyond the regular schedule of the lessons, and to
promote opportunities for aggregation, especially for young people and people at risk of social
exclusion.
To this end, the city school aims to improve the structural-physical quality of the school service
of the whole town and to respond, in the most precise way, to new building requirements both
determined by the evolution of the rules and by scholastic courses, both by the increased sensitivity to the safety problems and by environmental and functional adequacy.
The “City school of Cava”, which will include also the seat of the existing Liceo Scientifico “Genoino”, will be subject of the following action: the completion of the historic building, a former
tobacco factory, located in Via Di Marino, destined to be the seat of the Professional Institute for
commerce and tourism, and of the Catering Professional Institute “Filangieri”; the construction
of two new buildings, respectively, destined to be the seats of Commercial and technical institute “M. Della Corte”, and the technical institute to surveyors “Vanvitelli”; the construction of a
gymnasium and an auditorium at the service of the entire school campus, a sports facility, a park
and the creation on the outside of green and parking lots.
The total investment required for the intervention described above is equal to € 29.147.349,06.
For the creation of the “City school” means to appeal also to public/private funding sources, such
as EXCHANGE and CONCESSION (Legislative Decree n. 163/2006).
Through the institution of the exchange a public work can be performed by paying it with buildings or real estate of property of the awarded autority.
With recourse to this institution the contract contractor will realize the “City school” and will get
the transfer of the full ownership of property of the Province in the swap transaction only when
the work will be completed and tested with favorable outcome.
In this case the object of exchange is represented by the building owned by the Province of
Salerno, located in the town of Cava de’ Tirreni, on the street Marconi, which nowadays houses
the Commercial Technical Institute “M. della Corte“ which will have the new seat within the new
“City school”.
The Province of Salerno, in agreement with the bodies involved, on completion of all technical
and administrative procedures prescribed by law, will transfer ownership of the said area allowing
the contractor to build apartments for sale.
It is also expected to yield in concession to private, the management of common services such
as sports facilities, bar, canteen etc.

The project is located in the city of Salerno
The municipality, surrounded by the towns of Baronissi, Maiori, Mercato
San Severino, Nocera Superiore, Pellezzano, Roccapiemonte, Salerno,
Tramonti, Vietri sul Mare covers an area of about 37 square kilometers.
The project involves the whole redevelopment of Piazza Amabile/Lentini, an area now used to park the cars in the city center. The area of
about 5,600 square meters is completely flat and is delimited on two
sides by driveways, Corso Mazzini and Via Arena, and on the other two

The area has great potentiality representing the only area in the city
center completely empty. The project proposal provides for the expropriation of an area of about 300 square meters, owned by the ASL now
used as a garden.
The project involves the construction of:
• Two basements for parking in rotation and private boxes. They will
occupy an area of about 5700 square meters per floor and will be
able to accommodate:
About 182 parking spaces;
About 135 boxes of various sizes;
• Surface organization of the square and subsequent pedestrian areas
with interventions that will allow a better use of the same; green
spaces for public equipped parks, meeting places, a large square of
access to the limited traffic zone (LTZ) directly connected to the
basements with the help of stairwells glazed are also expected;
• Construction of a one-storey building above ground with an area of
about 300 square meters that the Administration may use renting it
out to private citizens or, if necessary, using it for public functions;
a long colonnade consisting of photovoltaic cells connects volumes
above ground and staircase bodies of connection with basements;

• Realization of pedestrian areas of the stretch of Corso Mazzini which connects the project area
with Corso Umberto I. This solution provides the opportunity to make pedestrian the stretch
of Corso Mazzini in front of the elementary school Don Bosco and connect it to Corso Umberto
I, now a pedestrian area and part of Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi, in order to get over 3600 square
meters more of pedestrian area realizing, in this manner, an intervention that allows you to
extend the old town center of the city and the limited traffic zone, not an intervention limited
to the Square only. (Fondi Più Europa in progress);
• To ensure the flow of cars it will be granted the driveway along the cross streets: via Matte della Corte, via Andrea Guerritore. The project involves the rational use of spaces, small volumes, a
long porch (which produces electricity from the
sun), green spaces, a play area for children and
a small road behind it that will allow the access
to residents of the small building on via Arena and which may be used for the loading and
unloading from the premises that will use the
volumes of the project. The ramp for the access
and the exit from the basements is included in
the vegetation to minimize the visual impact.

The Sports Stadium

The Sports stadium is located in the city of Cava de’ Tirreni, in the
province of Salerno
The town Cava is located on the eastern slopes of the Lattari mountains,
in the valley that connects the plain of the Sarno river with the Gulf
of Salerno.
Among the economic activities, the primary sector tends to contract in
favor of industry, commerce and tourism. Numerous elementary urban
centers crowd around the space surrounding the many localities and
the capital city; the latter, lying in a valley full of vegetation, surrounded by shady hills full of scents and colors that descend towards
the Gulf of Salerno, has, on the whole, a regular plan and is in a strong
booming building industry.
The project area is located in the northwest of the town and precisely
in the hamlet Pregiato.
This area is strategic for two reasons: the first, concerns the existence of the Stadium of Pregiato,
which represents an important Sport pole for football events in the area; the second, is that the
Sports stadium belongs to the “Program of building and urban renovation” of the city Administration of Cava de’ Tirreni, a very important program of environmental rehabilitation.

The plan for the completion of the Sports stadium is very important for the commercial potentialities of the city; the objective is to provide a flexible structure to enable the multi-purpose use
of the building, in order to accommodate sporting events, shows, conferences.
The project “Sports stadium” provides the performance of structural works for completion works of
the Sports stadium located in Cava de’ Tirreni at Via P. Santoriello of Pregiato hamlet.
The design of structural works of completion has been prepared in so as to satisfy the distributivefunctional requirements of the architectural and plant design and to be independent of the existing structure already proven too.
The existing structure of the Sports stadium started in 1989 and completed in 1999, was performed using two lots.
The Sports stadium has a regular octagon plan with a side of about 22 m and the distance between
the center and the summit of 29 m, the height is 13 m on perimeter and of 18 m at the center.
The structure is in reinforced concrete with some elements made-to-face view, while the roof of
the gym is made of laminated wood, the cover is simply “resting” on the saddles of the pillars
through unidirectional support devices with permissible radial movement.
The structure can be considered to be divided into two parts: a structure that holds the cover
and another which constitutes the bleachers; the two structures are completely independent but
jointed each other.
The interventions can be divided into two categories: new structures and demolitions.

The project is located in the city of Salerno
The city is located on the gulf of the Tyrrhenian Sea, between the Amalfi Coast (west) and the
plain of the Sele and Cilento (south), where the valley of the Irno opens to the sea.
From the orographic point of view the region is very different, in fact it goes from the sea level
up to the 953 meters of Mount Stella. The inhabited center develops along the coast and extends
inward to the hills beyond.
The city is crossed by the river Irno, that until the mid of the last century marked its eastern border and from which, probably, derives its name. Other waterway that flows through the municipal
area is the river Picentino, which to the east of Salerno, divides the city from the neighboring
Pontecagnano Faiano.
The Port of Pastena will be created in the city of Salerno.
It is already equipped with all the permissions for the beginning of work.
The berths will be 450. The hosted fleet will be mainly composed of medium and small boats up
to 18-21 m if powerboats, 12-18 m if sailingboats.
The Port of Pastena will include the construction of a shopping center on the sea, with, moreover,
a structure of middle-scale retail trade.
Also planned: a hotel of 48 rooms, 13 cottages, restaurants, bars, 370 box cars and 725 parking
spaces.
An important urban redevelopment.
The project represents the natural entrepreneurial completion of the work already undertaken and
initiated by the Polo Nautico srl sponsoring company in Via Lungomare Colombo (Salerno) by transforming an abandoned industrial building in a modern hotel. The realization of Marina of Pastena
is also a great opportunity for urban regeneration. The approved project provides, moreover, the
creation of a wide avenue Lungomare which faces the current series of buildings , as continuation, at the same level, of the
existing promenade. The area
to the south of the Polo Nautico will be characterized by the
construction of a large square on
the sea, situated at the same level of the Promenade. It will rise
in correspondence to the current
public parking and will reach, in
its widest part, about 200 m to
the sea. This space, equipped
with fountains, pergolas, etcetera, is accompanied by numerous
commercial spaces. The final part
of the square has been conceived as a large garden overlooking the sea. An area with a large pool
of purified sea water overlooking the entire coast of Salerno. This area is crossed by the important
covered walkway that leads to the wonderful walk along the breakwater dam.
