HIL-94: Functionality

The impressive features of the new internal coating machine HIL-94 for aerosol cans include improved machine
performance and optimized maintenance friendliness
in combination with a new design. The maximum line
speed of the HIL-94 is trendsetting: up to 300 cans per
minute can be precisely internally coated.

HIL-70: Technology for the
start of a new era
Internal coating with powder has been for several
years a subject of great interest to manufacturers
of collapsible tubes and aerosol cans. The VOC directive
(Volatile Organic Compounds), has provided
additional impetus to this coating method. Sprimag
has faced up to the challenge to reduce the emission
of solvents and provides a further input with its HIL-70.

DIT: Ecco-friendly
drying
The internal drier for cans DIT is suitable for all
Sprimag internal coating machines in the field of
aerosol cans and bottles. The temperature profile is
adapted to the optimal paint polymerization and thus
provides with a high degree of cure for best
coating results.

Lubrication device: For the highest
reliability and cost minimization
The chain lubrication system can be optionally integrated with all Sprimag internal drier up to a
drying temperature of 300 °C. With the use of the fully automatic chain lubrication system
operating reliability is guaranteed, costs are minimized and an extended chain life achieved.

HIL-60: For high-speed in the collapsible
tube production
Production speed of HIL-60/ 62 is up to 250 tubes
per minute. The diameter range is available in steps
from 10 mm to 50 mm. According to requirements,
the machine may be supplied with or without an
intermediate drier. The coating is carried out by 9
spray guns in a triplex process.

TGO / TIT: For optimum
tube stiffness and
coating polymerization
Before the internal coating of the tubes, they are
transported through the annealing oven TGO for
softening. After the internal coating the 1- or
2-row passage through the internal drier TIT
follows. The temperature profile is adapted to
the optimal coating polymerization and provides
a high curing level for best coating results.
Lubrication device: For the highest
reliability and cost minimization
The chain lubrication system can be optionally integrated with all Sprimag annealing
ovens up to a drying temperature of 500°C. With the use of the chain lubrication system
operating reliability is guaranteed, costs are minimized and an extended chain life
achieved.

TGA-200 / TGA-300:
flexible technology

TGA-250:
Solid technology for
perfect sealing
In the new generation of tube latexing machines
TGA-200 and TGA-300 the transfer and latexing
concept is based on a drum. The aluminum tubes are
accurately positioned by the infeed drum and transfered
directly onto the latexing drum. The tubes are optionally
coated by either two centrifugal guns (TGA-200, max.
speed 170 tpm) or three centrifugal guns (TGA-300,
max. speed: 300)
The proven TGA-250 applies a sealing ring on the
end of the tube to ensure the density of the fold.
All Sprimag latexing machines with direct latexing on
the conveyor belt can be easily integrated into automatic tube production lines with production speeds

HIL-36: Coating of barrels
Up to 80 barrels may be coated with the HIL-36 per minute.
The HIL-36 performs a so-called refinishing, where the pre-coated beer
barrel shaped sheets are potential, to cover possible damage of the precoat.
