The Board of Directors met on September 3, 2014. Directors present: Jim
Geyer, Thomas Ross, Rick Frye, Monica Metzger, Kim Leeper, and Regina Vent.

There were not enough Directors for a quorum so no business could be
conducted at the meeting.
All Directors were asked to vote by email and the following action items
were passed.
