workmanship under normal use and service when properly installed one (1) year from the date of purchase to the end-user. Selling dealer to
provide MDS with copy of purchase order displaying date of sale and MDS Serial Number. Any defective part or component must be returned to
the factory at the purchaser’s expense for inspection by MDS. The obligation of MDS is limited to repairing or replacing at the factory any part
or component determined to its satisfaction to be defective. MDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. All transportation charges shall be paid by the purchaser. Purchaser must notify MDS of a claim by registered or certified mail*

components or trade accessories furnished by MDS but not manufactured by it. They are covered by the warranty of their manufacturer if any. No
person, firm or corporation including the selling dealer is authorized to assume for MDS any other liability in connection with the sale of these
goods. MDS does not have an obligation to reimburse a dealer or end-user for repairs made at a dealer’s location or at the end-user’s location or
other repair facility.
