BabyBjorn potty chair
A sturdy potty which is comfortable due to a high back
and arm rests. It has completely smooth and rounded
edges to prevent pinching of the skin or any injury.
Basic potty - Various
For further advanced children these standard potties
have a small back rest for added comfort and a
convenient splashguard. They are light and therefore
easy to move around. Available in various sizes
depending on child’s age/height.
Carry Potty
This can be used if potty training or having with you
when out and about. It is lightweight and compact with
a little handle meaning it can allow youngsters to carry
it, which in turn encourages independent use.
Potette Plus and liners
A lightweight and compact seat which can be used
either as a potty if used with the legs down or as a toilet
trainer seat with the legs up/out.
These biodegradable leak proof liners have an
absorbent pad that turns liquid into gel. Up to 3 liners
can be pre-placed into the potette for convenience.
They can be disposed of just like a standard nappy.
Toilet trainer seat
For slightly older children, this Thomas and friends
trainer seat is contoured to provide comfort and has
easy to grip handles. The integrated splash guard
prevents leaks.
Beco step-stool
An eco-friendly stool made from natural plant fibre
plastic making it a tough and durable platform. It has an
embossed top which gives extra grip and on the base
there are rubber feet to prevent the step stool from
sliding. This can be used in conjunction with a trainer
seat or on its own to help encourage a toddler to use
the toilet independently. Supervision recommended.
Baby bath
A comfortable baby bath with an integral non-slip seat
and plug for ease of emptying. 30x56cm (12x22”).
Please note: Adult supervision required at all times.
Childs bath seat
This sturdy bath seat has a backrest for support and
suction pads beneath for added stability. Recommended
6 months to 1 year (if able to sit up unaided). Suitable
for up to 29lbs (13kg). Adult supervision recommended
during use.
Bumbo floor seat
Comfy firm padded seat with a high back for support.
The seat is contoured to fit a baby’s posture. (Suitable
for young babies who are able to sit up unaided). To be
used with adult supervision.
Safety 1st booster seat
A solid plastic booster seat which has a 3 point harness.
There are rounded edges throughout, meaning no sharp
corners to worry about. Note: Child should be
supervised when using this seat.
Fisher price booster seat
A sturdy booster seat with harness which holds a child
securely and comfortably. The easy to remove top
allows children to either sit to dine or to do activities
whilst secure. There are smooth plastic arms and a
high back for added safety and comfort. Suitable for 6
months and over. Max weight 26½ lbs (12kg). Adult
supervision recommended whilst using this seat.
Stokke – Tripp Trapp high chair
A complete high chair system with high backrest and
baby rail. Cushions provide added comfort and
protection. Suitable from 6 to 18 months. Adult
supervision recommended.
High chair
This standard high chair by Mothercare has a tray that
lifts up over the back of the chair to give extra freedom
when not needed. There is a harness and angled sides
for safety. It neatly folds away to prevent taking up
space. Suitable from 6 months. Supervision
recommended.
Chicco bouncer/rocker chair
A lightweight and comfortable bouncer chair for babies,
with safety straps and padded sides for comfort and
added safety. Suitable from birth to 6 months.
Maximum user weight 20lbs (9kg).
Baby Monitor

A compact and rechargeable BT monitor with various
settings including a built in intercom to help you keep an
eye on your baby without having to disturb them. There
are also built-in lullabies and a night-light to help your
child settle.
Baby Pack
On bookings including babies/toddlers a welcome
provision pack will be in the cottage on arrival. This
includes age appropriate nappy, nappy sacks, reading
book and rubber duck.
Changing mat
A 5cm (2”) deep padded changing mat with tie which is
solid but not heavy and therefore easy to move to
where needed. Size 46x71cm (18x28”).
Cleaning products
We believe in caring for our guests and the
environment, therefore all of our cleaning products
supplied are by Ecover. Please note: as standard a
selection will be in the cottage ready for your arrival for
you to use during your stay.
Formula milk powder dispenser
With 4 detachable compartments this dispenser can
make a day out easier and you need only take what you
require, either as powder or prepared. It has a
funnel/pourer on the top to prevent spillage or mess.
Avent electric Steriliser
A convenient 6 bottle electric steriliser. Just place the
bottles in, add 90ml (3 Fl. Oz) of tap water and switch
on, it only takes 8 minutes to ensure the bottles are
safe from bacteria. Caution: Burning hot steam and
boiling water when opening lid.
Microwaveable steam sterilisers
A quick and easy to use steriliser. Just add water to the
bottom, add bottles, close the lid and secure with lock.
Microwave for 5 minutes. Caution: Burning steam and
hot water when opening the lid.
Can also be used as a cold water steriliser. Fill with
water and add sterilising tablets (following tablet
instructions).
Tommee Tippee electric food blender
This compact blender is designed to blend small
portions, ideal for a baby or young child. It has 2 speeds
which enable fruit and vegetables to be blended to
either a smooth puree or a slightly chunkier texture.
Braun Hand Blender
A compact blender which has the attachments to
enable you to chop, whisk or blend food making it ideal
for preparing babies or toddlers meals. Caution: Do not
overfill this product.
Slow Cooker –various
A great way of producing meals either just for the
children or for the whole family, freeing up your time to
relax and enjoy, leaving you in the knowledge your
evening meal will just need dishing up.
Water filter – various available
Fill and keep in fridge, ideal for always having some
fresh cool water for babies and children.
Baby carrier/sling

This soft and comfortable carrier can enable you to
explore the area without the need for a buggy. It is
intended for use from birth to 15 months. Maximum
weight 26lbs (12kg).
Maclaren Quest Stroller
A compact but sturdy buggy suitable for very young
babies. It is lightweight and therefore easy to take out
and about whilst exploring the area. Maximum user
weight 33lbs (15kg).
Explorer double buggy/stroller
A robust 3 wheeled buggy (ideal for the local terrain!)
Can be used as a single seat with storage below or set
up as a double buggy. It has lockable swivel wheels,
pedal brakes and a 5 point harness for added safety.
Suitable from birth to 6 years. Maximum user weight as
single position 44lbs (20kg) or double seat 44lbs (20kg)
front and 33lbs (15kg) rear.
Plug Socket Covers
A simple but effective way of keeping fingers or sharp
objects away from electrical sockets which prevents the
rick of electric shocks. They can be easily removed by
using the plug that you want to use.
Moses basket / crib
Traditional baby crib with stand and pretty lace style
bedding. Basket size 84x43cm (33x17”). Suitable for
new-born or very young babies.
Graco (Green Elephant) cot with removable bassinet
This compact and lightweight cot has front wheels
making it easy to relocate. Suitable from birth to 36
months. 97cm L x 66cm W x 61cm H (38” L x 26” W x 24”
H).
The detachable raised bassinet (mesh crib) is a handy
addition which enables you to settle or reach baby
without having to stretch to the bottom of the cot. To
ensure its correct and safe fitting, the instructions on
the bassinet must be followed. Ideal from New Born up
to 14lbs (6.5kg).
Blue/Green checked cot
A sturdy cot, with solid feet to remain stable and mesh
sides to be able to see out and in. 97cm L x 64cm W x
61cm H (38” L x 25” W x 24” H).
Chicco Travel Cot
This colourful cot is ideal for youngsters to have a full
night’s sleep or to securely play or rest in. Approx. 98cm
L x 60cm W x 60cm H (38” L x 23” W x 23” H)
Roba Navy/Red cot
A narrow cot which is longer than most other travel
cots. There is padding around the top frame for added
safety. Packs away neatly into its own bag. 119cm L x
58cm W x 61cm H (47” L x 23” W x 24” H).
Chicco Red/Blue large cot
This Large sturdy cot is suitable for slightly older babies
or toddlers, it is also big enough to be used as a
temporary play pen. 122cm L x 61cm W x 61cm H (48” L
x 24” W x 24” H).
Hogarth Cot/Bed
This sturdy wooden cot has a variable height base and
drop sides which makes it flexible as either a cot or
toddlers bed. 148cm L x 89cm W x 103cm H (58” L x 35”
W x 41” H)
Graco pack’n’play compact
A bright multi-coloured play pen. The floor padding
adds not only protection but comfort if also used as a
cot. 99cm L x 69cm W x 66cm H (39” L x 27” W x 26” H).
Graco Cumfi Playspace
A large colourful playpen, with attractive large letters
and mesh sides. The bright multi-coloured floor cushion
and corner padding provides a safe and fun area to play
or sleep. 91cm L x 91cm W x 61cm H (36” L x 36” W x

Wooden play pen

This traditional style wooden play pen is not only
large, but is durable and therefore suitable for slightly
older children. It has panelling which is smooth but
open enough to make a child feel safe and secure and
there is a full size soft padded play mat inside. It also
has rubber feet underneath to prevent movement.

Child’s bed-guard/safety rail

This mesh bed guard is a great way to enable slightly
older children to be more independent, whilst
transferring from using cot to bed, but keeping them
secure from rolling out. It folds down to allow for ease
of access or for bed making and is easy to move from
one bed to another. Suitable from 18 months to 5 years.
Infant Toys
A selection of colourful soft and plastic rattles some
with cute characters, others with fun sensory additions.
Inflatable Baby Playnest/ring
A fun and bright self-contained play environment, which
is also stable enough for a baby to sit in whilst playing
with other toys. The soft fabric also makes it an ideal
and safe rest area.
Wooden play gym
A traditional style gym with colourful and interesting
activities for babies to lay under. It can be adjusted to 1
of the 3 height levels, enabling babies of various ages
and abilities to be able to enjoy. It can also be used as a
standing or balancing aid. Recommended from 3
months. Adult supervision advised, particularly in a
child who can get into crawling position.

An imaginative and action packed sturdy baby walker
with a variety of activity attachments to keep toddlers
entertained. Suitable from 6 months.
Wheely Bug
This is a sit and ride toy, but is a smaller version
purposely designed with a low padded seat to enable
very young children who have just started walking use,
as well as slightly older toddlers. The free spinning
wheels mean that the bug can move in lots of directions.
Sit to race smart wheels
A fun and durable sit on racing car with a removable
dashboard which enables younger children to play its
activities safely on the floor -suitable from 6 months.
Slightly older children who are able to sit up unaided
can sit on and either be pushed along by the handle at
the rear or can be self-propelled, recommended from
24 months with supervision.
Sit on and ride toy
A sturdy ride on with a rear back rest for added support.
It has fun light and sound activities on the ‘dash board’
and the seat opens to be able to store things. From 12
months. Supervision recommended.
Wooden walker
Fun wooden walker with face on the front and
removable blocks. Recommended for over 12
months.
Wooden alphabet and numbers frame
A convenient sized and therefore easy to move around
abacus style frame of double sided flip-flop blocks,
some with letters and pictures and some with numbers
and the number as a spelt word. Suitable for children
over 12 months and should be used under the
supervision of an adult.
Wire bead roller coaster maze
A child can enjoy moving or racing these coloured
wooden beads along the track either on their own or
against another person. Suitable from 18 months.
Foam jigsaw mat
A fun large jigsaw made of firm foam which although
durable is lightweight making it easy to move around.
For slightly older children it can be used as a jigsaw
game or as a play mat but due to there being no sharp
edges it is also suitable for very young babies.
Rocker/Sit on duck
A bright and very soft rocking duck with a high backed
seat to allow very young children to enjoy, it has lots of
padding and soft fabric to prevent the risk of accident or
injury. The seat is just 22½ cm (9”) from the ground
meaning it is easy for toddlers to get on and off
themselves, with supervision.
Rocker/Sit on elephant
A fun soft elephant rocker, suitable for slightly older
children who can sit unsupported & can grip the
‘handle bars’ to prevent falling, although adult
supervision is recommended at all times.
Inflatable Hopping Horse
Rody the cute, super strong thick rubber (latex free) and
completely soft sit on and bounce horse. It is lots of fun
but can also help improve coordination and balance.
Suitable for 2 to 5 years. Supervision is recommended.
Toy Basket
An age related basket of various toys, including soft,
activities and books will be in the cottage for children to
enjoy. (Ages of children are asked for at the time of
booking, please inform us of any special requirements).
Board Games
For older children or groups of adults, we have
several board games available.
Sshh! don’t wake dad! – 2-4 players aged 5 years and
over –can you reach the fridge and win the chocolate cake
without waking dad?
Logo, What am I? – 3-6 players or in teams suitable
from 8 years – no questions, just draw, guess or describe the
products and brands on the challenge card.
Logo Board Game –(30min game play) 2-6 players from
12 years – Identify images and answer questions based on
logos, products and packaging of the UK’s most well-known
brands.
Logo, Billionaire –2 or more players or teams from 12
years –Test players with fascinating challenges and
knowledge, Cunning and cleverness are all required to win
this witty, wiley game.
Articulate - For 4 players or more in teams aged 12 years+
- A simple, fast and hugely entertaining game. Describe as
many words as possible to your team-mates in just 30
seconds, without saying rhymes or sounds likes!
