Paddy, Rohun and Jasmine became friends by playing with each other. They like to make things in the playground. “Let me help you,” Rohun says to Paddy. “Can I put this box on top?” asks Jasmine. “Great idea,” says Paddy, to both his new best friends! 4 What games do you like to play with your friends? 5 What if I’m hungry? He has cheese sandwiches and an apple. 6 What is your favourite food? 7 Paddy puts up his hand to ask to go to the toilet. What if I need the toilet? Paddy goes to the toilet on his own…but forgets to tuck his shirt in. “Wait a moment,” the adult says, “I’ll help you tuck your shirt back in.” Jasmine washes her hands after going to the toilet. Her hands smell nice and soapy! 8 Can you go to the toilet on your own? 9 What happens in the playground? At playtime you can go outdoors to a special playground and play things like skipping, tag and do lots of running around with your friends. Grown-ups will help you if you don’t know what to play.
