combined with a drive chain mechanism, lifts the gate open

security requirements. System selections include exposed
friction (hydraulic) rail drive gate operators or exposed chain
drive gate operators. All exposed drive gate operators are
susceptible to inmate tampering and may be effected by
severe weather conditions.
