INR terms • In USD terms, consolidated (excluding 3D PLM) operating revenues for the quarter increased by 4.5% sequentially and 19.3% yoy, whereas it increased by 13.4% and 45.4% respectively in INR terms • EBITDA margin for the quarter is 17.4% against 12.1% in Q4 12 mainly due to higher Contribution which is attributed to efficiency in operations and positive exchange impact • Effective tax rate for the quarter is 35.5% as against 10.2% in Q4 12 as all entities are at a full rate of taxation during the quarter • Adjusted EPS for the quarter is 3.15 as against 2.80 in Q4 12 and 1.64 in Q1 12 – EPS adjusted for foreign exchange gain/(loss) on subsidiary revaluation, and consultant fee • New contracts amounting to USD 10.34 Mn awarded during the quarter • Total headcount is up from 4567
