VOLUME 44 NUMBER 7
I hope all is well with everyone. June was a quiet month. The board meeting was held at John & Pat Meinelt’s
house in DeLand. Good food, great hot dogs & a good meeting. I’d like to remind everyone about our Booster
Club for members to make donations toward the fees for the Gaslight. Please be generous so we can keep this
important newsletter going. On June 26th, we went to Aberdeen home park. It was a very hot afternoon. About
a dozen cars were displayed, half of them by Volusia Region members. Some real beautiful cars and nice hot
rods too. After a while, we went inside the clubhouse for hot dogs/burgers, games, dancing & 50/50. I’d like to
mention that there’s no meeting or Gaslight in August, but Joan & I will host a special meeting at our house
August 19th for anyone interested in helping with the November 27th show. Call Joan or me if you’re planning
to come to that August 19th show meeting or the September 1st board meeting, also at our house. All have a
happy & safe summer. See you in September. Thanks, again everyone! Joe
