abc (auction broadcasting company) was founded by auto auction veteran Mike Hockett in 2000.
Hockett, the founder of Adesa Auctions, has been in the auction business since
1964 when he took over for his father’s auto auction in Indianapolis, IN.
abc was created on Hockett’s vision to provide dealers the ability to bid live
from the comfort of their offices along with bidders in the lane at the auction.
This vision transformed the auction industry dramatically
and continues to drive innovation today.
abc is a full service auction company offering transportation, full and
partial reconditioning, 24/7 lot security, advertising, telemarketing,
online / social media marketing, in-house restaurants, world class
auctioneers and ring men, and on-line bidding capability.

Auto IMS is integrated at all abc locations to provide simple and seamless
communication with our captive finance and fleet consignors. For customers with
