Women in Ministry from all across the country are
making plans to be in Atlanta, Georgia, September
15-18, 2014 for the 10th Anniversary of the
Women in Ministry (WIM) Conference.
The WIM Conference is a powerful,
inspiring, and informative week of
coaching, developing, and mentoring for professional women serving
in ministry. It fosters dialogue and
provides an opportunity for participants to gain valuable insight, relevant information, and cutting edge
resources.
Our conference serves women who impact,
inspire, and transform thousands of people through their ministry
influence. We have the privilege of nurturing healthy leadership to
support the work of Jesus Christ locally, regionally, nationally, and
around the world through the women in ministry who attend the conference.
Our theme for this 10 year anniversary is “Shifting the
Atmosphere: Defining and Redefining Success in Ministry.”

HOTEL RATE
The Atlanta Airport Marriott room rate is as follows: single or double occupancy
is $125.35 per night (tax included). You must mention the Women in Ministry
Conference to receive the special room rate. All reservations must be guaranteed
with a major credit card before the 5:00 p.m. deadline on Monday, August 25,
2014 to receive the discounted conference hotel room rate. The hotel will not hold
any reservations unless secured by a major credit card. After the cutoff date, the
Atlanta Airport Marriott will not accept name or reservation substitutions.

HOTEL RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Should you cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at
least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is
obtained. Should a guest cancel on their date of arrival, one night’s room and tax
will be charged.
HOTEL EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Check-in will be your last opportunity to change your departure date without
penalty.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your registration, you must submit a written request postmarked no
later than August 15, 2014 to the Ray of Hope Christian Church, 2778 Snapfinger
Road, Decatur, GA 30034, attn.: Women in Ministry Conference. Your registration
fee will be returned less a 50% processing fee within 30 days following the conference. No refunds will be issued for requests POSTMARKED AFTER
AUGUST 15, 2014.

TRANSFER POLICY
In the event you are unable to attend the conference and wish to transfer your
registration to another person, you must submit a signed written request and pay
a transfer fee of $20.00 (cash) no later than August 15, 2014. No transfers will
be accepted after this date. There is no refund with a transfer policy.
