RULES AND REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR
CHANCES OF WINNING. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the
United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are
not eligible. Employees or contract employees of Justin Brands Apparel and Western
IMEX Companies, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and parents and their
immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals, are
ineligible. SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED
BY LAW.
SCHEDULE
The sweepstakes begins at midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 4, 2006
and ends at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on December 25, 2006. Online
entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. EDT on December 25, 2006. Mail-in entries must
be postmarked by December 25, 2006 and received by January 1, 2007 (one week later).
HOW TO ENTER
You may enter online or by mail. All entries that comply with these rules, regardless of
method of entry, will receive equal treatment. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person,
household, or e-mail address, regardless of how the entry is made. Subsequent entries
will be disqualified.
Mail-in Entries:
To enter by mail, print your first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code,
daytime telephone number, and e-mail address (if available) on a three-by-five-inch card.
Put the card in an envelope, affix first-class postage, and send it to sponsor at Mailing

All entries become the property of Sponsor. They will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or e-mail, or for
any computer-related, online, telephonic, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries are void if they
are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or
obtained through fraud or theft. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Online entries
will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
"Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the
submitted e-mail address.
If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to
provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address
associated with the winning entry.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. The Grand Prize consists of an Elk Hunt to be held at the
Upper 84 Ranch in Brady, Nebraska for the winner on one of the available hunt dates in 2007 ("Grand
Prize"). Grand Prize includes Justin Workwear, Justin Boots and various branded hunting apparel Grand
Prize includes roundtrip coach class airfare to and from the major airport closest to winner's home.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $10,000. Any personal expenses like telephone calls
and other expenses not stated herein or in the catalog description of the expedition are the sole
responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any
expenses related to additional excursions not included in the expedition's itinerary that he/she may chose to
take. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute prize in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
WINNER SELECTION
Random selection of the winner will occur on or about January 1, 2007, from among all eligible entries
received. Prize drawing will be conducted at Justin Brands Apparel, Rt 11 Box378-G Fort Worth, TX
76108. The winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail on or about January 3, 2007. Prize will be
awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online and mail-in entries received.
REDEMPTION AND VERIFICATION
To redeem the prize, winner must respond within ten (10) days of prize notification. Grand Prize Winner
will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release before award of Grand
Prize. Failure to comply will result in the forfeit of the Grand Prize and the selection of a substitute Grand
Prize Winner from remaining eligible entries.
All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the official rules.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND SWEEPSTAKES
If for any reason the sweepstakes, including the online segment of the sweepstakes, is not capable of running as
planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or
any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or
proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s)
who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or
transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to sweepstakes entries or entry
forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction
of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of any e-mail or mailed-in entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other
persons' computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR
UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND
CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK
DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Grand Prize Winner must travel during the month of January 2007. Actual travel dates are subject to Sponsor's
discretion and conditions outside of Sponsor's control. Travel, including seat selection, and accommodations are subject
to availability and blackout periods. The trip may not be combined with any offer. Regulations and conditions may
apply.
Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations, travel insurance, immunizations and
preventive treatments. By accepting the prize, Grand Prize Winner represents that he/she understands that travel,
whether in civilized or remote areas and whether by plane, automobile, boat, raft, or other conveyance, or by foot, on
land or water, and in the air, contains some inherent risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused
by negligence, forces of nature, wild animals or other agencies, known or unknown. Winner represents that he/she
recognizes that such risks may be present at any time before, during, and after the trip. By participating, participants
agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies,
agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any liability, claims, losses, and damages
arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes or any sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance, use,
misuse, or possession of any prize received in this sweepstakes. Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these official
rules; (b) that the decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes; and (c) if he/she wins, to the
use of his/her name and or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation (except in
Tennessee and where prohibited by law) and upon request, to provide consent to such use in writing.
All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. If
the Grand Prize Winner declines the prize or is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at
random from all remaining eligible entries.
