our regular product line we also offer original Opel replacement parts such as parts engines and cylinder
heads.
As an expanding company in production and trade of Opel motorsports parts we have purchased a great deal
of know-how since our beginnings 30 years ago. This experience we would like to share with our customers.
Our products are subject to constant development.
Our special interest lies in the engine sector. Through our own development activities and active participation
in motorsports we have been able to convince our customers of our good performance and reliability. We
especially intend to address people active in motorsports and sportive road drivers.
Our philosophy lies in supplying high-quality parts at reasonable prices.

Not all articles are permanently stocked, but we do our utmost to keep delivery times as short as possible.

Complete engines for street or racing:
The following engines are completely mounted with all gaskets as well as oil sump, oil pump, oil filter, timing case, timing parts,
reinforced main and big and small end bearings, adjustable camshaft pulley, camshaft, cam followers, valve springs etc....., but
without ancillary components, clutch, flywheel, water pump, engine holder, thermostat casing and lubricants!
The engines can be run-in and adjusted on a roller dynanometer.
We have also dedicated ourselves to the production of cost-saving engine versions that are tailor-made to your individual
requirements. Please contact us!

Camshafts for street or racing:
Performance and durability of the following camshaft profiles have been tested through many years! Our longtime experiences in
international racing have been the basis for successful development. The long-lasting durability is achieved through the use of a
special hard shell cast iron.
Representative of the running characteristics, idle quality and performance development of a camshaft is not only the opening angle
but mainly the bearing spread and thus the corresponding valve lift in TDC! The basic principle is: The bigger the valve lift in TDC, the
later and stronger the engine develops peak power.
From the accompanying maximum valve acceleration and the corresponding valve lift rate results the theoretical quantity of the
drawn-in gas. Not always do the 'sharpest' camshafts produce the greatest increase in performance because the given intake and
exhaust lengths have to harmonise in their resonance vibrations with the camshaft that has to be excited.

Motor management for racing:
Throttle injection system:
Throttle valve diameter alternatively in 40, 45, 48 or 50 mm! Programmable integrated ignition map, 800 programmable backing spots
of the engine map on the Eprom. This system develops comparatively about 8 to 12 % more power than 45 Weber twin carburettors
and about 20 to 25 % more torque!
The fuel shut-off reduces fuel consumption. In contrast to many other systems air pressure, water temperature and intake air
temperature are further measured parameters.
A separate idling system with cold start equipment solves starting problems.
This state-of-the-art system can be mounted to any conventional intake manifold of twin carburettor systems (manifolds are not
included in delivery).
The electronic part of the system is comparatively easy to mount; as far as the mechanical parts are concerned only an included 'TDC
pin disc' has to be fastened at the front crankshaft pulley and the electronic TDC sending unit has to be positioned through a separate
holder. For full power output of the race injection we additionally advise strongly a final adjustment on a test stand of several days'
duration because we can only cauterise a roughly optimal Eprom that fits the specific engine data you provided us with.

With these engine versions we have dedicated ourselves to further develop our know-how that we got from previous Opel and offer
you steadfast, individual single items at realistic prices in line with today’s high tech norms!
Our high-quality 2000 ccm engine version for Kadett C and Ascona B has been developed by us for our successful participation in
group H races that follow ONS regimentation and is provably protest safe in all matters.
We are convinced that this version based on an A400 cylinder head has some important advantages, even in Manta B, in comparison
with the 16V C20XE engine of the newer generation.
Performance of our engines is given according to DIN norms and not to “catalogue norms”. The engines can be run-in and adjusted
on a roller dynamometer.
Because of our great care in parts processing and engine mounting longer delivery times cannot always be avoided. Please order in
time!

Camshafts for street or racing:
Running characteristics, idle quality and performance development of a camshaft depend not only on the angle of opening but also on
the bearing spread and therefore the correspondent valve lift in TDC! As a principle can be said: The greater the angle of opening in
TDC, the later and stronger the engine develops top performance.
From the accompanying maximum valve acceleration and the corresponding valve lift rate results the theoretical quantity of the
drawn-in gas. Not always do the “sharpest” camshafts produce the greatest increase in performance because the given intake and
exhaust lengths have to harmonise in their resonance oscillations with the camshaft that has to be excited.

The following engines are completely mounted with all necessary gaskets and oil sump (delivered by you), oil pump, oil filter, cam
belt, reinforced main and con rod bearings, adjustable camshaft pulleys, camshafts, valve tappets if necessary, valve springs etc...,
but without ancillary components, clutch, flywheel, engine holder, thermostat casing and lubricants!
The engines can be run-in and adjusted on a roller dynamometer. We recommend to install a corresponding exhaust system!
We have also dedicated ourselves to the production of cost-saving engine versions that are tailor-made to your individual
requirements.

Camshafts for street or racing:
Running characteristics, idle quality and performance development of a camshaft depend not only on the angle of opening but also on
the bearing spread and therefore the correspondent valve lift in TDC!
As a principle can be said: The greater the angle of opening in TDC, the later and stronger the engine develops top performance.
From the accompanying maximum valve acceleration and the corresponding valve lift rate results the theoretical quantity of the
drawn-in gas.
Not always do the “sharpest” camshafts produce the greatest increase in performance because the given intake and exhaust lengths
have to harmonise in their resonance oscillations with the camshaft that has to be excited.

The following engines are completely mounted with all necessary gaskets and oil sump (delivered by you), oil pump, oil filter, cam

Camshafts for street or racing:
Running characteristics, idle quality and performance development of a camshaft depend not only on the angle of opening but also on
the bearing spread and therefore the correspondent valve lift in TDC!
As a principle can be said: The greater the angle of opening in TDC, the later and stronger the engine develops top performance.
From the accompanying maximum valve acceleration and the corresponding valve lift rate results the theoretical quantity of the
drawn-in gas.
Not always do the “sharpest” camshafts produce the greatest increase in performance because the given intake and exhaust lengths
have to harmonise in their resonance oscillations with the camshaft that has to be excited.

Holset turbochargers:
All Holset turbochargers are equipped with hydrodynamic journal bearings which means they can cope with high temperatures easily
while ensuring a long lifetime of the turbo. The 360° axial bearing also prolongs turbo lifetime and allows a higher boost pressure.
Therefore Holset does not equip turbos with ball bearings.

Glass fibre and carbon-kevlar reinforced plastic parts:
GRP parts are laminated manually in forms specifically produced to this purpose. The wall diameters and, consequently, the weight of
the individual components are variable (street or racing purposes). So you have the possibility to order parts that are made in
accordance with your specific requirements.
Delivery time varies depending on our order situation and the size of your order.
The readily shaped parts have to be offered up to your car and then the surfaces have to be finished in your paint shop (surface
primer coat etc.). The mounting of the parts will have to be realised at the original points of your body shell; hood locks should be
exchanged against “pin holders”.
Any body shell part not offered by us can of course also be produced, charging you the form costs (about 3 or 4 times the costs of a
precast part).
