“SAVE CHRISTMAS!!” Contest Rules
1.
The “SAVE CHRISTMAS!!” promotion will begin on Monday, November 21st, 2011 and continue until Friday,
December 23rd, 2011 at Noon. Winners to be selected on the following Fridays at Noon: November 25th, December 2nd,
December 9th, December 16th, and December 23rd.
2. No purchase necessary. Customers must obtain an entry form from Customer Service or www.ftsteubenmall.com or the
Ft. Steuben Mall Facebook page. The official entry form has spaces to list 10 missing items stolen from the North Pole.
Customers must locate photos of each of the 10 items in Fort Steuben Mall stores and write their location on their entry
form. All accurate and complete entries will be entered to win one of five $500 Ft. Steuben Mall gift cards.
3. Winner must be age 18 or older and possess a valid driver’s license or state issued photo ID in order to claim prize.
4. All prizes will be awarded. No alternate prize will be awarded.
5. Prize is non-transferable. If the winner’s entry form is incorrect or incomplete, if we are unable to reach the winner via
phone, or if the winner fails to respond to our phone call by the Monday following their name being drawn, an alternate
name will be drawn from all eligible entries submitted. Only one prize per person and per family during the length of
the promotion. All prizes must be picked up at Fort Steuben Mall between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday –
Friday. Photo identification is required to pick up winnings.
6. Fort Steuben Mall will contact each winner to confirm eligibility and reserve time for picking up prize(s).
7. Winner must meet all eligibility requirements at the time of the winning. If winner is found non-eligible for any reason, an
alternate winner will be chosen.
8. Fort Steuben Mall reserves the right to interpret the rules to comply with the original intent of the contest.
9. No substitutions or refunds on any prize won during this contest.
10. Ft. Steuben Mall staff, mall store staff and Herald-Star and Froggy 103.5 staff, volunteers and their immediate family
members are not eligible to win.
11. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All winners will be
required to sign liability/publicity release.
12. Copies of the Official Rules are available in the Ft. Steuben Mall management offices. If you wish to obtain a list of
winners at the conclusion of the contest, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

13. Winner of this promotion is responsible for all applicable state, federal and local taxes and all insurance costs. Winner
must sign Certificate of Receipt, Eligibility and Release of Responsibility forms, which will indemnify and hold harmless
Ft. Steuben Mall, Herald-Star and Froggy 103.5, their heirs and assigns, from any damages, real or perceived, by the
winner in relation to these rules and regulations. Winner of the promotion must provide their social security number for
tax reporting purposes and will receive an IRS 1099 tax form to account for winnings.
