Ventiflex allows to perform a simple and quick installation of mechanical ventilation system which can be easily fitted in gap-filling concrete, ceilings and under dry or wet plaster coating. micro-silver technology guarantee sterility of the system ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM źEasy installation – no need for any specialist tools (captive connection) źHygiene – antistatic, anti-mould anti-bacteria properties of the internal layer help to keep the required level of cleanness – no mould or other organisms found typically in ventilation systems are able to grow – guaranteed high level of purity of the supplied air. źAesthetics – small weight and high level of stiffness of Ventiflex ducts makes them fit for casting in ceilings or gap-filling layers – aesthetics of installation. Small diameter of Ventiflex ducts allows for installation of the system under dry plaster coating or wooden panelling. źLow pressure loss – minimum number of joints and fittings (elbows, bents) and gentle curves for the distribution ducts ensure minimum level of pressure loss in the system. źNo corrosion – unlike traditional installations using galvanized spiro pipes, cut with metal cutting blades, leading to tearing off of galvanizing layer and, in effect, to corrosion, especially in rooms highly exposed to humidity (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.). źSimple cleaning and maintenance – the system is able to be thoroughly cleaned due to the lack of aluminium elastic ‘flex’ ducts or screws sticking out. 2 VENTIFLEX VT-133 INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY - DISCREET DESIGN Ventiflex VT-133 is a powerful ventilation system that requires only 52 mm thick insulation. Easy to install, thanks to its compact size the total height from the concrete base is only 140 mm. Installation spread directly on a concrete base. Optionally, you can lay the duct damping tape 2 mm (eg shoreline foam used in floor). The system is equipped with all the necessary elements to construct even the most complex ventilation system. They do not require any additional seals and allows to assemble ventilation system for a detached house within 1 or 2 days. 3 BASIC CONSTITUENTS OF THE SYSTEM ELASTIC DUCT: VENTIFLEX VT-DN75 DESCRIPTION: The pipe is used for laying of air ducts in sections requiring high level of flexibility. It is useful for laying of air ducts both on the side of supplied and exhausted air. The ring stiffness ensures the possibility of casting VENTIFLEX pipes in concrete ceilings. PRODUCT FEATURES: VENTIFLEX pipes fulfil the requirements specified in PN-EN 61386-24:2011 standard harmonized with the EU 2006/95/EC directive. 30-years warranty on the antimicrobial activity of the inner layer.
