Member's Usage
In order for everyone to enjoy their stay we ask that you observe the
following:
1. RESERVATIONS
• Please note that Reservations cannot be made through Head
Office.
• HTR parks accept advance reservations from HTR members.
Please contact the park directly by phone.
• A current and valid HTR membership card must be referred to at
the time of making reservations and presented upon check-in at
any HTR Resort or Host Park. Failure to present your membership
card will result in your credit card information to be taken until
membership status is confirmed.
i) If your membership payments are not up to date,
reservations will be cancelled.
ii) six person per site limit.
iii) one small tent on site.
• A maximum of two reservations may be held at any time for any
given park. Only one of these two reservations may cover a
Holiday Long Weekend.
• Failure to show up on reservation day will result in
forfeiture of the whole reservation and the member may
be billed for one night.
• Reservations do not guarantee a specific site in the resort,
however we will make every effort to provide the services
you request. Sites may be depende nt upon th e size of y our
RV.
• please call registration office if you are not arriving on
your reservation date so we may free up your site for
someone else.
• Some amenities, sites and services may not be open or
operational during shoulder season (prior to May long
weekend
and
after
September
long
weekend)
2. LENGTH OF STAY
• The number of consecutive nights ("Park In" time) that a member
may stay in any one park is governed by the membership type
and the conditions and restrictions stated in your membership
agreement.
• Any visitation of up to three consecutive nights "Park In" time will
require only two nights of "Park Out" time.
• The "Park Out" time and "System Out" time are also governed by
the conditions noted on the membership agreement.

• Visitation of four consecutive nights or more, up to the maximum,
will constitute a "maximum" stay and the "Park Out/System Out"
time must be observed before revisiting any HTR Resort.
• There are no restrictions on the number of times any park may be
visited annually provided the "in-out" policy is complied with.
• Please check your membership agreement if unsure of any details.
3. RULES AND REGULATIONS
• Each Holiday Trails RV Resort has its own Park Protocol which is available
at check-in. Please ensure that you review and abide by the rules of the
park where you are staying.
• Whichever day a member chooses to check out they must leave
by check out time of that day. Failure to comply may result in
penalties.
• Booking an extra day to get a late check out time is not permitted.
4. UNATTENDED UNITS
Members are not permitted to leave their unit unoccupied overnight on
a site without permission from the Park Manager. Such permission is
restricted to cases of emergency and is at the sole discretion of the Park
Manager.
5. PETS
We welcome you and your pets to our resort and wish to remind you
that you are responsible and accountable for them and their actions.
For the safety of you, your pet and your fellow campers, our pet policy
is as follows:
• Pets must be on a leash and under control at all times.
• All pet droppings anywhere in the resort must be picked up and
disposed of in a garbage container immediately.
• Pets are not allowed in playground areas, any buildings or other
areas where signage is posted.
• Pets may not be left unattended in your site, unit or vehicle.
• Noisy, aggressive or unruly pets will not be tolerated.
• Extra care and attention must be given if you have certain breeds
of dogs that may be perceived as dangerous. This might also
include using muzzles.
• You will be required to sign a Pet Agreement upon check in at
each resort.
OFF LEASH AREA: Resorts will not be held responsible for any issues
that may arise concerning your pet. Owners must be present at all times.
6. GUESTS
• Guests who accompany you in your RV may visit as long as you
are there.

• Guests who accompany you and stay in their own RV require
advance reservations for their site that can be made by the
member. They will be required to pay the park’s overnight fees
and they must be accompanied by a member.
• Day guests or visitors are welcome at HTR parks, but please let
the registration office know you are expecting company. Guests
will be required to park their vehicles in designated areas.
Members are responsible for any guests’ conduct and compliance
with posted campground rules. Certain parks may require that
visitation times be enforced during peak periods.
7. HOLIDAY ~21 MEMBERSHIPS
Holiday~21 membership cards provide a total of 21 nights camping per
year as indicated by the numbered dots.
• Check in Procedure; Upon arrival at park, photo ID and
membership card must be presented to registration office
and
membership card will be processed for the nights redeemed.
• Maximum 14 days usage per visit.
• Any visitation of up to three consecutive nights "Park In" time will
require only two nights of "Park Out" time.
• After 21 days are used regular nightly rates apply -20% discount..
• Unused days may not be carried over into the new year.
• Upgrade to full HTR membership can be made.
8. WEBSITE - MEMBER'S ONLY SECTION
Be sure to visit this section of our website. Go to the
membership tab at the top, click on member's only, click to enter member's
only section and then enter htrmember for username and password. In
here you will find:

• information on the 'No Dues for Life' program

9. BRIDAL FALLS WATERPARK
Members Pass - HTR members are eligible to purchase a 10 frequent
slider pass or a discounted day pass.
• These 10 visit passes can be used for multiple people (parents,
kids and their friends) or for multiple visits.
• Please bring your current HTR membership card with you for
proof of membership to purchase pass.
• Purchased passes are validated at the WaterPark.

10. WIRELESS INTERNET
Our wireless network is available to members at all resorts. Coupons
can be purchased at the registration office. F o r t e c h n i c a l s u p p o r t ,
please contact TengoInternet directly at 1-866-968-3646.
PLEASE NOTE: Our wireless network is a shared resource amongst all
resort guests. To optimize your web browsing experience, the system
utilizes bandwidth shaping technology to govern your connection
speed. If you exceed certain bandwidth limits, your connection speed
will be lowered accordingly. Please refer to your site map for full
deatils.
11. FAMILY PLAN BENEFIT
Children under the age of 28 using their parent’s membership, as per
Family Plan Benefit, must present at check in:
1) HTR membership card;
2) written authorization from HTR member stating name of user,
resort and dates of visit; and
3) current ID. The membership card will be held at r e s e r v a t i o n
until check out. Advanced reservations required.

Holiday Trails RV Resorts (HTR) is affiliated with Coast to
Coast (CTC), a reciprocal-use camping system of more than
600 RV resorts throughout Canada, the USA and Mexico. HTR
members are eligible to enroll in CTC and enjoy visitation
privileges at all CTC resort locations for 1000 ‘Trip Points’ per
night (approximate value US $10) and Good Neighbour parks
for 1500 ‘Trip Points’ (approximate value US $15).
Best Parks in America - 25% off peak seaon nightly rates.
Coast Classic members are permitted two visits per year up to seven
days per visit at each resort. Wait time between visits is 30 days.
Coast Deluxe members enjoy the benefits of the Classic membership
plus longer and more frequent stays at Deluxe campresorts with a
wait time between visits of seven days. Also includes enhanced travel
with an international travel plan for discounted access to condos,
rental units, flights, cruises, emergency road service and more.

International (RPI), a reciprocal-use camping system of more
than 600 RV resorts throughout Canada, and the USA. HTR
members are eligible to enroll in RPI and enjoy visitation
privileges at all RPI locations for US $10 per night.
RPI members are permitted two visits per year up to seven days
per visit at each resort. Members must be out at least one week
before returning to the same resort.
RPI Preferred members enjoy the benefits of RPI plus unlimited
extended stays of 14 days throughout the year and two 14 day
stays during peak season. Members may use all RPI Preferred
resorts, regardless of proximity to your home address (125 air
mile radius does not apply to these resorts).
Another benefit of RPI is rental accommodations. These are
located throughout the RPI system for members who wish to
visit the resorts without their RV. Accommodations include
variously cottages, park model trailers, and condo units. The
RPI directory outlines availability separately for each resort
location.

Holiday Trails RV Resorts (HTR) is affiliated with Adventure
Outdoor Resorts (AOR), a reciprocal-use camping system of more
than 550 RV resorts and campgrounds throughout Canada and the
USA. HTR members enrolled in AOR enjoy visitation privileges at
their resorts for US $9 per night. Payment is made directly to the
resort the member is visiting.
AOR allows family usage by adult children 21 years and older
with Adult Family Membership (AFM) activation. Children of AOR
members cannot stay in HTR parks with an AFM card.
Sunbelt USA is a sister company of AOR and currently has over
20 resorts in the “sunbelt” areas of the southern USA. When
coupled with an AOR membership.
a. A maximum of one twenty-eight night stay may be on the
reservations system at one time, $10 per night for this stay.
b. A maximum of two fourteen night reservations for any one
resort may be made at one time.
c. Member must be out of the Sunbelt system for a minimum of
7 days between resort visits.
d. RESERVATION OFFICE: Monday thru Friday 8-5pm
mountain standard time, non-holiday.
For both AOR and Sunbelt, to assure site availability, reservations
are required or highly recommended at resort locations.
