TAILOR-MADE SERVICES Our wedding present: your wedding room with breakfast served in bed ! By good weather, your drinks reception will be served on the patio. An oval top table is provided and our round tables are able to seat a maximum of 10 guests. Chair covers are available in a wide range of colours (12€ per person) . Your flower decorations: a long arrangement for the top table and a posy for the guest tables. Traditional flower decoration: 42€ Prestige flower decoration: 63€. Menu of service-provider (photographer, DJ, baby-sitter, etc) is at a fixed rate: €32. We would be pleased to take care of printing your personalised menus with the Château de Montvillargenne logo : 3€ each If you prefer to bring your own champagne, we charge 10€ corkage per bottle. Breakfast is provided at the price of 20€ per person. If you choose to celebrate in a period room (Condé, Pompadour or Montmorency), a charge of 15€ per person will be levied. We can provide Halal menus by request at a price of 100€ per person. Our services are provided from 18.30 hrs at the earliest, and finish at 3.00 hrs in the morning. 11 Preparing the Big Day Some ideas to think about everything... until the Big Day D- 12 months Please confirm the reception rooms. Book the town hall and the place for the religious ceremony if necessary. Choose your witnesses and establish your guest list. Prepare a folder where you shall store all your documents. Similarly, keep a notebook with you to jot ideas and things to do. D- 3 months Contact again the guests that have not given an answer. Agree on a mode of transport for your wedding day. D- 6 weeks Think if necessary to book a babysitter for the reception. Buy your guest book and a beautiful pen. Think of the menus, name tags and do your temporary tables plan. D- 11 months Contact our wedding planner who will provide you with a list of our partners: photographer, disc jockey, florist… All you need to do is make your choice. Choose the invitations, have them printed. D- 4 weeks Write up a plan for the Big Day. Make a definite table plan. Please confirm to us the delivery date of the decorative material: table plan, guestbook, name tags, coated sweets... D- 9 months Choose the dress of the bride and the costume for the groom as well as your rings. D- 3 weeks D- 8 months Learn about our accommodation options for your guests. Make an appointment with different florists to discuss their style and see their creative work. D- 5 months Choose your menu for the brunch or buffet the next day for guests who have traveled far. You need to think about the color of your flowers: bouquet of the bride, decoration of the church, design for the buffet, and the table centerpieces. Think about the animation for children: do not hesitate to contact us to book a clown, a magician, an inflatable structure. D-4 months 12 Send your invitations. Order the special sweets. Check all the details : the day schedule, the role of the witnesses... Choose the person that will handle each service provider on the day of your wedding and give him the telephone number for each of them. Confirm the date and the time of appointment with the photographer and give him a list of pictures that you want absolutely. D- 2 weeks Please, Give us the precise number of guests for the wedding day and also the next day. Confirm the list of songs with the DJ. Confirm delivery times and installation with the florist. D- 3 days Confirm all details with each of the service providers. Send them the schedule for the Big Day.
