Weigh-in every hour beginning at 8am-1pm
at Virgil Point Park on Lake Hugo.
RULES: Anglers can begin fishing on their favorite fishing
hole at 6:30 am if they are pre-registered for the tournament.
All other anglers must check in and register prior to fishing.
First hourly weigh in is at 8 am. All anglers must be in the
weigh in line before each hour to weigh fish for the hourly
drawing. If fishing from a boat, all passengers must be registered for the tournament. Anglers may fish in public water
access areas on the lake where the tournament is being held.
Anglers may fish from the shore or wade fish. No anglers may
fish from private waters or boat slips and no fishing below the
spillways. All crappie must be caught on a rod and reel or
fishing pole of some kind. No trot lines or jugs allowed. All
crappie that are weighed for the tournament must be alive
and will be released back into the lake. Anglers may only
weigh fish that they have caught-not their partner’s fish. Only
one fish weigh in per hour.
No professional guides may enter the tournament.
Polygraph or Voice Stress Test will be given at random to
any adult angler or winner.
