Now in its 30th year, this week-long, family-oriented festival is “choc-full” of activities, fun events, and all things chocolate-related. Our beloved mascot, The Great Chocolate Mousse, and his lovely wife Tiffany, invite you to join us this August for the sweetest festival of the year – Chocolate Fest 2014! Contest First Annual Choco-Post Card Contest Chocolate Fest has created a Post Card Contest as a fundraiser for our local schools and Chocolate Fest. We encourage children of all ages and skill levels to enter this FREE contest. Pick up your post card at Miss Scoops (don’t forget to buy an ice-cream) and let us know why you love Canada’s Chocolate Town, by using your imagination, creating your original art work by way of a picture or story. Return your art to Miss Scoops (don’t forget to buy another ice-cream) by New Brunswick Day,August 4, 2014.The Post Cards will be on display the week of Chocolate Fest for all those to see. Judging will take place on Saturday, August 9, 2014. After the Judging, you (mom, dad, grandparents, caregiver or friend) can purchase the art for $2 each. $1 will go to the artist’s school/daycare and $1 will remain with the Chocolate Fest so we can continue to provide these great events. Don’t forget to complete the entry form on the back of the Post Card.
