Family Programming is divided into three recommended tracks to ensure age appropriate and engaging activities for all participants. Wash. U. Legacies Ages 12-18 Older children will explore many facets of campus life at Wash U. Current undergraduate students will lead a variety of tours on campus, including a visit to Harvey Media Center to see the WUTV and KWUR Stations. Bear Club Ages 3-12 Children will join in engaging activities that are both exciting and educational. Activities include arts & crafts and a Mad Scientist presentation. Children will also enjoy a magic show and decorating a T-shirt. Baby Bears Ages 3 & Under Child care is available for infants and toddlers during both Family Programming Sessions. Care and age-appropriate activities will be provided by staff from TLC, and supervised by Washington University staff. Registration packets will also be available at the Taste of Wash U Welcome Reception, the Alumni BBQ, and Class Parties. 25th Reunion celebrants can also pick up their registration packets at the 25th Reunion Reception on Friday. Onsite Registration: Welcome Center staff can assist you with registering onsite for events and tours throughout the weekend. Updated Event Information: Additions, cancellations, or changes to the time/ location of any event will be posted. Directions: Whether you’re looking for a new location on campus or a favorite spot in the heart of downtown, we can provide you with directions to all campus buildings and many area attractions. First Aid: While we hope you never need it, we are equipped to handle most minor medical emergencies. Please ask for assistance. Computer Access: Computers with Internet access will be available for limited use by alumni and guests. Name Tags During Reunion, name tags are required to access many weekend events. For that reason, we ask that alumni and guests wear their official name tag to all events. If your name tag is lost or incorrect, visit the Welcome Center to request a new name tag. Reservations Guests participating in our many reservation-required events will need to check in upon arriving at the events. No tickets will be provided. Registered guests will be included on a guest list at the entrance to each event.
