SPECIFICATIONS
• Rewind Mechanism: Spring or Motorized
• Construction: Frames, discs, and drums are fabricated of heavy-gauge steel. Bearings are self-aligning. Malleable iron and steel are used for hose reel hub assembly, outlet riser, and swivel joints. Stainless steel construction is available.
• Finish: Most reels are finished with e-coating or oven-cured enamel. Other finishes available upon request.
• Temperature & Pressure: Standard reel construction will handle most liquids or gases at temperatures ranging from -20º to +400º F (-29º to +204º C). Operating pressures are available up to 10000 psi (695 bar) .
• Shipping: Reels are shipped completely assembled and ready to install.
OPTIONS
• Rewind:
Available in spring rewind, motorized rewind, or hand-crank rewind.
• Types:
Live Hose Reel: Stores hose and allows liquid or gas to pass through hose and reel without taking all of the hose off the reel first. This is accomplished through the use of a swivel joint.
Live Cable Reel: Stores cable and allows current to pass through the cable without taking all of the cable off the reel first. This is accomplished through the use of a collector ring assembly.
Storage Reel: Stores either hose or cable, but does NOT allow current or fluid to flow while the hose or cable is still on the reel.
