Hotel Kirchbühl and its chalets are located just
five minutes above the village church, in a peaceful,
sunny and scenic setting.
The First aerial gondolas, the Pfingstegg aerial
cableway (summer) and the ski school slopes are
all in close proximity. We offer a comfortable &
convenient service to the First aerial cableway and
Grindelwald railway station with our spacious shuttle
bus. The skibus also serves the hotel in winter.
In the summer, the local bus stops 250 metres away
from the hotel. Ski-Inn and Ski-Out possible when
good snow conditions.

Cancellation policy Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival
is free of charge. Later cancellation incurs a maximum
charge of 3 full days of the total package price in the event
of the rooms not being re-let. No refund can be made on
the package price in the event of early departure. Credit
cards: Visa, Maestro CH & International, Postcard, Mastercard/Eurocard, Amexco. Cash payments, Maestro or bank
transfer preferred. Cancellation insurance recommended.

Spa area Our small spa area is available daily from 3 pm
to 7 pm free of charge. The area may be rented privately

Dogs Well-behaved dogs are generally allowed. However,
we reserve the right to refuse this. Dogs are not allowed

Children ski free on S aturdays
Every adult buying a 1-day pass on a Saturday is entitled
to 2 children’s (to age 16) 1-day passes free of charge. All
youngsters in the same family travel free (please bring proof
of family identity). The same children’s reductions apply
at all Intersport Rent Network shops in the Jungfrau region.
The price/per formance sens ation for children
The Junior Card makes family travel even more attractive.
For just CHF 30, children age 6–16 years travel free in
Switzerland for a year, providing that they are accompanied
by one parent holding a valid rail ticket. A Grandchild Card is
also available for CHF 60.

The Jungfrau Railways Pass is a personal pass entitling
the holder to 6 consecutive days of unlimited travel in the
designated area. The VIP Pass is valid on 3 days and including
one top to the Jungfraujoch.

The ideal pass for excursions by rail, boat, bus and mountain
rail & cableways. Valid for 4, 6 or 8 days of unlimited travel
including Berne and Lucerne. Free choice of days of
unlimited travel. Tickets for trips on days with 50% reduction
can be bought in advance at ticket offices.
Jungfrau region or Grindelwald
You have the choice of 2 sports passes: One for the whole
Jungfrau region including Mürren/Schilthorn or one without
this area. For shorter stays we recommend the Grindelwald–
Wengen Sportpass. There is also a hiking & sledging pass for
non-skiers available.
