History
Juba Regency hotel was founded by Mr. Hailom Aman; who has over 20 years hotel and
other business experience in Eritrea & South Sudan with business exposure to United Arab
Emirates, China the Middle East and many African countries.
Facilities in Brief
Juba Regency Hotel offers full sized luxury facilities with full service accommodations and
amenities. The hotel has 79 Executive and Standard Rooms, International Restaurant, Indoor
and Outdoor Bar, Conference and Events Halls, Swimming Pool, Rental Space for Office,
Events and Advertisement inside the Building, the Compound, Roof Top and Garden Area.

Parking
We have parking for 32 vehicles inside the compound and an additional 5 VIP parking spaces infront of the reception. Parking is
available outside of the perimeter wall, monitored by on site security guards and CCTV Cameras

STYLISH & MODERN ROOMS
All our buildings are built from solid
brick, not pre-fabricated and designed to
provide a well ventilated and more than
adequate natural lighting from outside
and two atriums with open corridors.
The hotel comprises of two main sections, the
original, cottage style area and the more modern
complex comprising of 2 blocks serviced by a
lift and spacious central reservation illuminated
during the day by natural light from the atrium style
environment.

ACCOMMODATION
We offer a total of 79 rooms, with the options of
Suites (Adjoined Rooms), Twin Beds or Double
Beds with or without balconies, views of the
Airport, Poolside or Rock garden. Available
Rooms are located on the ground floor, or any of
the 3 floors serviced by a lift.

TV satellite, refrigerators, matching furniture
including double wardrobe, work desk, luggage
rack, coffee table and adequate chairs in solid
mahogany.
Bathroom Facilities
Bathrooms are tiled and fitted with matching
white basin and pedestal, flush toilet and glass
screened shower cubicles, which are ventilated
with extractor fan and frosted glass windows.
Extras
All guests are provided with free bottle water
daily, free access to swimming pool, shuttle bus
to / from the airport and free Wi-Fi services.

Capacity
Currently we have SIX (6) conference venues which can be adapted to the clients’
request. Hall sizes range from 10 to 180 pax depending on the chosen layout.

Our conference halls, are equipped with air conditioners and can be equipped with
P/A System, desktop projector and accessories, provide comfortable private space for
conferencing, banqueting, or an intimate dinner party for Corporate & Private functions,
Launches, Cocktail Events & Year End functions.

BARS
The hotel currently has two bars, offering a wide range of beverages ranging from fresh juice, beers and a
wide selection of spirits including wines. The main attractions are our delicious selection of freshly brewed
coffee, Cappuccino, and Macchiato all made from Ethiopian coffee beans.
Main Bar

The main bar is located opposite the restaurant.
Serviced with air conditioning and three TV’s.
This is a popular location for residents and visitors alike to relax and meet.
The main bar is open all day up to 11PM.
Pool Bar
The pool bar is located near the pool.
This bar is open during the afternoon and evening, Monday to Friday and
ALL day at weekends. The pool bar area offers shady area to sit and let
the day pass by stress free.
RESTAURANTS
The hotel operates two restaurants; one located towards the front of the hotel and the other
by the pool side where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served from. We provide A-La-Carte
and buffet menus as well as snacks sandwiches, and pizzas.

Barbeque on our friendly outdoor events indulge your busy self sipping our variety brands of spirits and
mocktails, juices, cold & hot drinks in an air conditioned, well designed bar and relaxing sofas.

requirements, providing a clean and uninterrupted supply

Water is provided by several sources, normally supplied by
the main line supply and on-site bore holes, but if either is
not sufficient we have our own water tankers to transport
additional water as and when required to ensure no shortages
are experienced.

Waste Management
Onsite are numerous interlinking septic tanks, these are
emptied daily by our own sewage tankers to ensure waste level
are minimal. Collection of solid waste materials is daily and all
waste areas are disinfected to reduce pest disturbances.

pest control experts on a scheduled basis, ensuring our
compound, high, medium and low risk areas are monitored and
due diligence applied at all times. We guard against unwanted
visitors such as Cats, Rats, Cockroaches, and a myriad of
other bugs.

Our hotel is located in the Ministries district, kololo area, next to Dr John Garang
international School.We are in close proximity to the airport with about 5-10 minutes
drive. Most of the prestigious locations in Juba, such as, the President’s Office
