Scientific Research: First Results
From Interviews

Video reflection is accepted by the driving instructor trainees

They emphasize the added value of video reflection

They recognize the purpose of video reflection

Positive experiences due to video reflection
(recognize flaws and mistakes and eliminate them)

Trainers are also satisfied with the results of the video reflection
Scientific Research: First Results
Difficulties

Hard to criticize others
 Don’t want to hurt feelings
 Don’t feel experienced enough
 Background information is missing

High expenditure of time
 A lot of time needed at the beginning
 Gets better when routine is developed

Slow internet connection
 Low definition mode
Conclusion

Improvement of teaching competence

Online video annotation: analyse and reflect teaching behaviour

Exchange of experiences and knowledge

Collaboration
Further Development

Video annotation for theoretical lessons

On-the-job training of experienced driving instructors
 Improvement of teaching skills
 Constantly high quality level
