More than 10 years Ramune has been specialized in highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, concept planning, economic-financial analysis, due-diligence and has experience working in Lithuanian and Belarusian markets. Her leading team has developed concept studies for industrial projects in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda with a total area of more than 700 hectares, prepared a number of projects in offices, retail and hotels sectors. Aleksej Kalev is a certified valuator (certificate of real property valuator No. A000356, certificate of movable property valuator‘s assistant No. A001008, certificate of business valuator‘s assistant No. A001015). Aleksej has more than 10 years of professional experience in commercial, industrial, residential property and RE portfolios valuation in Lithuanian market, providing valuation services for the banks, insurance companies, developers and investors, funds, government institutions, companies. In addition, Ramune actively participates in valuation (holds valuer assistant certificate) and investment projects (advised numerous investment cases and recently closed investment transaction of logistics center with a total area of 17,050 sqm in Vilnius). Her successful work with international companies and local market players for the best RE solutions had met clients’ and company’s needs. Ramune is also responsible for providing of all Colliers corporate services to the RE market clients. Giedre Kulakoviene, MSc Sandra Jovaisaite, B.A. (Hons) ANALYST ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR CONSULTANCY AND VALUATION DEPARTMENT CRE BROKERAGE DEPARTMENT Giedre Kulakoviene is a Market Analyst at Colliers International Lithuania who joined the company in 2012. Giedre specializes in commercial real estate market analysis and monitoring of macroeconomic and market indicators. Her work area covers all commercial real estate sectors, including offices, retail, industrial, hotels and investment markets, and residential sector. She has experiance in prepearing variuos economic and real estate market reports and analytical data for various purposes. Before joining Colliers International, Giedre worked as a chief specialist of residential market in Statistics Lithuania. She was responsible for the residential market analysis, monitoring of dwelling market and calculation of dwelling price indices. Giedre has a Masters Degree (MSc) in Financial Markets and participated in various trainings, seminars and conferences related to economic analysis, project management and statistical analysis. Sandra Jovaisaite is an Associate Director of CRE Brokerage department who joined Colliers in 2013. Sandra overlooks CRE Brokerage department with a team of professionals responsible for Office, Retail and Industrial sectors. Working area includes support on leasing commercial real estate objects across all CRE sectors, searching and attracting potential clients, providing landlord/ tenant representation services, consultancy on best RE strategies based on clients business’ needs, development of promotional material. Main area of expertise is Tenant Representation in office sector.
