DESCRIPTIONS
Accommodations
Main Salon
60 gallons - 1 tank(s)
Entrance to the main salon is from the aft deck through an air operated stainless and glass door. Two steps down
leads into the main salon, which is open forward to the dinette, galley, and lower helm area to give an open expanse
of space. To starboard is a custom leather u-shaped couch, across from a built in, hidden 42" television, that rises
into view at the touch of a button. TV programming is available from a self tracking KVH satellite system with Direct
TV, amplified by a BOSE sound system. At the couch is a custom coffee table of inlaid wood with storage below.
The interior wood is high gloss and of extremely high workmanship. Indirect lighting behind the valances and
beneath the beds creates a warm atmosphere.
Four camera closed circuit television system
Central Vacuum system with two intakes
Four Cruisair air conditioning units
Intercom system throughout boat
Lower Helm Station
Located in the same area as the dinette and galley, the lower helm was designed to allow a helmsman to have good
visibility and full instrumentation, but not take a large amount of space.
Master Stateroom
The master is located aft, accessible from a private curved staircase leading from the salon. The location is aft, the
full beam of the yacht, and totally away from the other staterooms for added privacy. The queen berth is a centerline
walkaround, with a nightstand to each side, reading lights with dimmers to each side, and with ample storage areas
to each side of the cabin. There is a 32" flat panel television with DVD player mounted in a custom cabinet matching
all of the interior wood in this master stateroom. The closets are cedar lined, and there is a vanity area with seat to
one side with special lighting. The ensuite head has a marble floor in the head area itself, plus the same marble
flooring in the shower. The shower is big enough that if you drop your soap, you do not have to turn off the shower,
dry yourself off, and step outside the shower to pick it up.
VIP Stateroom
Located in the bow of the yacht, this stateroom might be mistaken as the master in other yachts of similar size. The
queen berth is located on the centerline for easy access from both sides of the bed, and has separate reading lights
on dimmers. From the bed is a good viewing angle for the 21" flat panel TV with DVD player, built in with the same
high gloss woods as the rest of the interior. A private ensuite head has great mirrors and a good sized shower stall.
Third Guest Stateroom
There are two single berths and a third head with stall shower.
Galley
The galley is forward with Black Galaxy granite counters and with enough area to be easily functional. The Sub Zero
refrigeration has two drawers under counter, with a two drawer under counter Sub Zero freezer, for a total of four
drawers. The GE Profile microwave has a convection setting; and, for after dinner, there is a Fisher Paykel
dishwasher and a trash compactor to make clean up easier and entertaining more fun for all. The layout allows
whoever is in the galley to be part of the rest of the onboard activities, raised slightly from the salon and across from
the dinette, which has a large inlaid table. There is even a mini TV in the galley.

Deck
The aft deck is large and totally covered to keep out of the sun. The deck is teak for a rich look and good non-skid
qualities. The table is inlaid wood with a high gloss finish. There are four natural teak chairs and a bench seat aft
with storage underneath. Leading up to the flybridge are teak covered stairs instead of a ladder for safety underway.
Mounted in the overhead is a motorized weather resistant housing that lowers a flat panel television for viewing but
raises it up to hide the unit when not in use. There are two compartments with doors to port and starboard, with the
port one having the full electronic engine controls and bow thruster control, for better ease in docking. The
compartment to the right has manual back up throttle and gear shifts. Leading aft are stairs to the oversize swim
platform, where there are two 50 amp power cords, both with Cablemaster retrieval systems that can be used with a
single cord, or both for higher power demand. There are storage compartments and an electric grill. Mounted on the
underside of the back deck overhead are two remote control spotlights, which will greatly enhance nighttime
activities from the deck.
The side decks are wide enough for easy access forward, but not too wide to take away interior space, there are
boarding gates to both port and starboard. Forward is a storage compartment for lines and fenders and there is a
wash down at the Muir VC1600 electric windlass with 250 feet of high tensile chain.

skipper. There is an fridge/freezer and sink and a table with an L shape bench. Aft of the flybridge is the 12'
Nautica hard bottom inflatable dinghy, powered with a 40 horse power four stroke outboard and davit.
