All merchandise is inspected and sent damage free
to your home. If an item arrives damaged, it is the
customer’s responsibility to notify the carrier and
Salisbury & Manus within 24 hours of receipt. Salisbury
& Manus cannot send replacement merchandise until
the claim is handled by the shipper. Once confirmed
with the shipper, we will immediately replace the
damaged merchandise.
OOPS and GOOFS POLICY
We hope there are no pricing, measurement, description
or other ghastly little gremlin goofs in this catalog. Please
know that we will correct goofs as we are made aware
of them. We reserve the right to change or update
information at any time without prior notice (including
after you have submitted your order).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling charges will apply at the time
of purchase. Please call customer service to recieve
a price quotation. We use a wide variety of common
carriers to deliver our merchandise. Many of the larger
items (i.e. furniture and upholstery) will be handled by
in-house freight carriers. Due to the fact that furniture
is bulky and awkward, please let us know if there
will be any complication for our truckers- i.e. flights
of stairs, security concerns, potential difficulty in
access- so that we can make the proper arrangements.
Salisbury & Manus will not be liable for furniture orders
that are incapable of delivery.
NATURE OF PRODUCTS
Due to the fact that many of our products are
completely hand made, a slight variation in color and
design may be expected.
DELIVERY TIME
Many of the items represented in our catalog
are completely hand made and crafted to order.
Therefore a significant lead time is required before
delivery of this merchandise. Once your order has
been generated, you will receive an email with delivery
status notification. Every attempt will be made to get
your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have
