The remaining balance over $4500 will be
assessed a 1% Buyer’s Premium. PLEASE NOTE
THIS ASSESSMENT IS ON INDIVIDUAL LOTS
NOT TOTAL PURCHASES.

8% Buyer’s Premium Applies to the Assets of
Armetta LLC. These will be Sold Subject to the
Approval of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. All

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash and cash equivalent
transactions over $10,000 will be documented with
form 8300. Companies must provide their Federal
ID# and individuals must provide their social
security #.
EXPORTERS: If you take possession of your
purchase in the United States, you are required to
pay sales tax. You must provide the following
in order not to be charged sales tax: Bill of
Lading: all export purchases must be removed
by a trucking/transportation hauling company. The
trucking company will provide a Bill of Lading with
the purchases listed. No items will be released
without this document or you may pay sales tax and
apply to the State Tax Division of the state the
auction is being held to be reimbursed once the Bill
of Lading or a Dock Receipt is received. Auction
company does not warranty reimbursement.
