review. Important information regarding the requirements is listed
below.

Free for first 10 problems each day
Assignment:
2 days per week
10 problems per day
9 weeks
Grade level student just completed
Verification:
Parent should sign attached signature page each week
that a student completes an assignment.
Due date:
Submit signature page by Friday, September 9
