Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) If you meet the preliminary franchise qualifications, we will send you a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) which contains a standard TMC Franchise Corporation Franchise Agreement, as well as a copy of the company’s financial statements and other pertinent information. You will also be contacted by the Franchise Development Department to arrange a personal meeting to review details of the Franchise Program. 3. Site Evaluation After you identify a suitable location, we will determine if it meets Circle K minimum standards. 4. Group Interview Qualified candidates complete a personality assessment and meet with Circle K management to ensure your professional goals and our business system are a match. 5. Franchise Agreement Signing We will provide you with a complete Franchise Agreement, ready for you to sign. The franchise fee is due upon execution of the Franchise Agreement. 6.
