Automotive applications
In the car
For use in braided sleeves we offer a specially designed range of products. Our Polyamide 66 based monofilaments
as well as our Polyester and PPS monofilaments, in different diameters and colours, are well suited to perform under
demanding conditions requiring long term thermal stability and abrasion resistance.
Our Polyester monofilaments are well proven for use in power transmission belts. Specially developed grades of Polyester
monofilaments are used in safety belts to improve wear resistance and comfort.

We were the partner in the development of Rukaflex-Technology and offer a cost-effective
range of products for this application.
Braided sleeves
PET, PA 66, PEEK and PPS monofilaments designed to fulfill the requirements
of the automotive industry as well as the aircraft industry.
Airbag
Our PA 66 based monofilaments are used to manufacture high-tech fabrics for use in
vehicle airbags, which serve as an additional life-saving safety feature in the event of
accidents.

Consumer products
Hook and Loop fasteners: our range of PP, PA 6, PA 66 and PET monofilaments make up a broad range of products which
is well suited to the individual needs of our customers. In close cooperation with our customers in the industry we have
developed our own as well as customer specific monofilaments for use in tennis rackets.
We offer a large range of high tensile strength fishing lines made from Polyamide Co-polymers for the professional and leisure
angling markets. Gardeners will also find our proven trimmer cord in DIY stores made from high quality Polyamide. Our elastic
monofilaments are used in furniture fabrics as well as in many special areas, where unique elastic properties are required.

Paper machine clothing (PMC)
In the highly sensitive application area of paper machine clothing our wide product range of Polyester, Polyamide 6, 66, 610
and 612 monofilaments gives customers the performance they need. In the 1970‘s we began the development of base
weaving together with the Veit Company of Göppingen, Germany, to strengthen the press felt. It was then that the groundwork
for today‘s technology (Bat on Mesh) was laid down, work that would eventually replace the former Bat on Bat technology.
Our range of PA 6 thermal/chemical stabilized monofilaments and future versions thereof, are shining examples of our
commitment to develop wear-resistant Polyamide monofilaments based on our Monowear technology. Our range for
seamfelt monofilaments is based on PA 610 and PA 612.

We offer the largest range of products to the filtration industry.
We manufacture specially developed monofilaments in a
diameter range from 0.10 mm – 1.20 mm made from PP,
PBT, PA 6, PA 66, PA 610, PA 612, PA 12, PPS, PEEK,
PVDF and PET.
Our in-house technology, experience in polymer formulation
and the best choice of additives has enabled us to develop
a premium quality wear resistant Polypropylene monofilament
giving outstanding processing in weaving. We also offer a
grade with special release performance. These factors have
also improved the mechanical, chemical and thermal stability
of our Polyamide based monofilaments in application.
