Description
Tali Beach is a resort-type subdivision located in Nasugbu, Batangas. It is located southwest of Manila and just 2
hours drive from Manila by way of Ternate, Cavite. It has 7 beaches, 2 of which has cottages available for guests
free of charge. Access to the subdivision is restricted only to home owners and their guests.
The house for rent is our guest house which is located inside a 1109 square meter property. It can accomodate 1525 ppl. The facilities/amenities available are:

Our current rate for overnight stay is 15,000 pesos for 12 pax; 1,000 each for excess. For 3 days 2 nights stay, the
rate is 25,000 pesos for 12 pax; 1800 each for excess.
To further enjoy your stay the following services/activities are available:
¤ Personal Water Vehicle (Jet-ski) - 2,000 for 30 mins ride
¤ Banana boat - 2,000 pesos (good for 8 persons)
¤ Videoke Machine - 1,000 pesos

Directions
Fastest route is through the Nasugbu-Ternate Road. Traverse through Cavite Expressway and follow the signs going
to Ternate and Nasugbu. After passing through Hamilo Coast, continue going straight until you reach a fork road.
Go right and continue traversing until you see a sign "Tali beach" with a white guard house.

Terms and conditions

PURPOSE: That the premises hereby being rented shall be used exclusively by the TENANT for residential purposes
only and shall not be diverted to other uses. It is hereby expressly agreed that if at any time the premises are used
for other purposes, the LESSOR shall have the right to rescind this contract without prejudice to its other rights
under the law.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Tenants hereby agree to pay a security deposit of One Thousand Pesos (₱1,000.00) to be
refunded upon vacating the premises and termination of this contract according to other terms herein agreed. This
deposit will be held to cover any possible damage to the property. No interest will be paid on this money and in no
case will it be applied to back or future rent. It will be held intact by LESSOR until the TENANT have vacated the
property. At that time LESSOR will inspect the premises thoroughly and assess any damages and/or needed repairs.
This deposit money minus any necessary charges for damages or repairs will then be returned to TENANT with a
written explanation of deductions.
TENANT RESPONSIBILITY: That the TENANT agrees to keep the premises clean and in a sanitary condition. The
Tenants agree not to permit any deterioration or destruction to occur while they are occupying the property.
TENANT COOPERATION: That the TENANT hereby agress to obey rules and regulations set forth by the LESSOR and
TALIBEACH SUBDIVISION.
WAIVER: That the LESSOR will not be held liable or responsible for any death or injury as a result of TENANT’S or his
company’s negligence or imprudence.
