Claims / Returns
All returns and refunds must be requested within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To report a problem with your shipment please contact our Customer Service department at 877-214-2999. Please
be sure to keep the original packing material and packing slip. Some returns may be subject to a
restocking fee and you may be responsible for the cost of the return freight. Please contact our
