length for cushions and umbrellas. A pattern is placed
on the top layer, then all layers are cut and given to the
sewing department.

Step 3: Cushion Filling Department
After sewing and inspection, cushions are filled with
100% polyester fiberfill. The polyester is reduced in size
with vacuum equipment and the cover quickly placed
over the filling. Released, the new cushion quickly
returns to full size.
Step 4: Final Inspection
Every cushion is hand inspected. Loose threads are
removed and sewing quality checked after closing and
before being brushed and bagged for shipment.
