Please see below table for details of the minimum age requirements per stateroom: DATE 1 Nov – 31 Jan All Other Dates MIN AGE 19 years 18 years DESCRIPTION Subject to applicable laws, for cruises departing from an Australian port between 1 November and 7 January, any guest under 19 years of age on the day of boarding the cruise must travel in the same stateroom as a responsible adult 19 years or older. In addition, from 8 January to 31 January, there is a limit on the number of guests under 19 years of age who can travel unaccompanied. DRINKING & GAMBLING • The minimum age for gambling and consumption of alcohol on Carnival Cruise Line’s ships sailing to and/or from Australia is 18 years. TRANSFERS • Transfers from the airport to the pier and from the pier to the airport are available for purchase through Carnival Cruise Line. K. CRUISEAIR CruiseAir is our Polar Online air booking tool which allows you to customise your clients’ flights to suit their travel plans and connect with their cruise, including choice of airline, travel class, route, dates and flight times. There is a choice between Flexible and Restricted fares, each with their own unique benefits. Flexible fares have more flexible booking conditions and would suit guests who have less certainty in their travel plans: 1.Flights are fully refundable and changes can be made until 45 days before flight departure or cruise departure date, whichever occurs first (additional costs will only be charged if you change to more expensive flights) 2.Payment for flights are not due until cruise final payment (unless booked inside the final payment due period or if the booking is fully paid, in which case payment is due immediately via credit / debit card) 3.Cancellation charges up to the full cost of the flights apply within 45 days from flight departure date or cruise departure date, whichever occurs first Restricted fares suit guests with firm travel plans and are generally lower than Flexible fares: 1. Cancellation charges up to the full cost of the flights apply from the moment the flight booking is made 2. No changes can be made (including guest details) 3. Payment is due immediately at time of booking by credit / debit card (all fees are included in the fare) CruiseAir also provides Next Port Protection. This means that in the event of an airline delay or airline service disruption, Carnival will do what we reasonably can to work with the airlines to find a reasonable alternative to get guests to the next appropriate port at no additional flight cost. One piece of checked baggage per person is included in all CruiseAir packages. Size and weight restrictions apply as per the individual airlines baggage policies. 2017/18 PROGRAM RELEASE POLICIES | 3 ITINERARIES MOOLOOLABA With beautiful beaches, warm weather and great shore excursions, Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast is a great option.
